Description of Work: I ordered a new black toilet online, and when the plumbers opened the box, they discovered that the tank was cracked.Brandon and Eric offered to come back for free to finish the installation when the new tank was in. The price I paid included a yearly inspection. I was very impressed with Metzler's Mr. Plumber and the men who work for them.I would recommend them to everyone.

It was a very positive experience all around. They did an excellent job, were on time and did it quickly. They explained what they were doing and answered questions.
Description of Work: I used RV Hallam Plumbing Co. Inc. on the 26th of May 2010 and they replaced the main shut off valve for the main house.

 + -1 moreCame out for a no charge estimate on replacing a sewage pump. Nice guys, but I did not use them because they were over $200 more than another highly rated plumbing company that also had given me an estimate. Another company was $200 more than this group, so they were not the highest.

 + -1 moreGreat! Lift pump had failed and flooded finished basement with sewage. I discovered the flooded basement on Memorial Day. The company had an employee out that day who determined the problem and contacted a company to pump out the basement that day. The pump was replaced along with valve replacement at shut-off after basement was pumped. The plumbers were friendly and courteous. Were extremely helpful in a bad situation.

 + -1 moreThe Hallam's employee was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions directly and treated my home respectfully.
Description of Work: We found water in our crawl space under our kitchen sink. The water was dripping from the sub floor. Hallam's employee quickly identified the problem as a leaky T-joint in our water supply that feeds the faucet and R/O system. He promptly obtained the part and fixed the leak, even checking in the crawlspace to make sure the dripping had stopped. He also made suggestions as to what additional steps we should take to check the integrity of the sub floor and to prevent mold.

Description of Work: replaced outside faucet. I was a little disappointed that no compound was used to seal up the opening in the wall around the pipe, after the faucet was replaced.

 + 0 moreThey are coming over again tomorrow and they are good. I have a service contract with them. They were here in December to replace a sewer line so I saved a lot of money because they knocked off 10-15 percent. I knew that I would get a price break with the contact. The contract price was $99 for a year. I'm not sure if they have the best prices. They do good work. Their service fee is $68 and they waive that if you have a contract. They came when I asked them to come.
Description of Work: I used Metzler's because there were two pipes that came together and one was iron and the other was copper. There was supposed to be a connector so they did not touch. There was a bunch of corrosion so I had Metzler's fix it to be preventative.

Description of Work: Fixed leaky faucet in kitchen and leaky tub faucet in bathroom. This entailed rebuilding each with new internal parts.

He completed the work in a timely manner. He did not try to sell me a lot of extras or offer to replace the toilet instead of repair it. However, when I asked for information regarding replacement, he was able to provide.
Description of Work: Note: the amount spent also included a annual service warranty. The plumber repaired a leaking issue around the base of my toilet. He was very detailed in his description of what the problem was. He also offered suggestions on for better service with the toilet.
