Description of Work: They had to make MAJOR alterations to their original plan after a mis-estimate of the type and amount of work needed. Then they worked into darkness to complete work to avoid equipment and men returning a second day. I caught them lining the new line only partially with stone, with excuses, then back filling incompletely in the dark, and not promptly re-addressing that in the spring when requested, as promised, requiring me to pay more to a landscaper to do that work, thus delaying and reducing that work. At my insistence, they scoped the sewer line after installation and said it had the proper fall but with the job changes and the inadequate bedding I withhold my approval of the quality of their work methods. I am not yet sure that their work was properly done as there have been some plumbing drainage back-ups of un-determined origin as yet.

Description of Work: Replaced the old water softener with a new, high effeciency system, as well as removing/replacing two shower water "on-off" controls, and installation of two new shower heads. Two cut-outs had to be made in the walls next to the shower, since cutting the ceramic tiles inside the shower would have been the only other option. Steve and the crew did a great job, all done in one day, with excellent results. I had to patch the walls after all the plumbing work was finished, and that was explained to me in advance. Very nice work!

Description of Work: Emergency service on a Sunday night to clear the basement sewer drain that was clogged. They promptly cleared the clog and sent a tech a few days later to do a more thorough inspection, and provided a years worth of drain cleaner.

Description of Work: My water heater stopped working. Bought the 1 yr plan w/Mr Plumber and someone came out on Friday eve and replaced the lower heating element; which got me hot water through Saturday eve. Had to call again on Sunday morning and they sent Larry out Sunday afternoon; he replaced the upper element and the thermostat and everything is working great now!

Description of Work: This is the only plumbing service I have used. I used them when I had major damaged to my house 8 weeks ago. One of their plumbers came out twice. The first time, was an emergency call, when water was pouring out of my light fixture from upstairs to the kitchen. The second time was a camera inspection. I had so much water damage it has been 9 weeks today and I still am having repairs. last night my kitchen sink was having issues, and noises. Then the sink would not shut off. Another one of their plumbers came out after hours a few weeks ago because I had leakage under my sink. At that time, my osmosis system was disconnected. When I called last night, definitely needing an emergency call since I have been having water issues, the after hours person put me on hold for quite a long time. Then she comes back and says in my "file" it says if I call, I am supposed to call back during business hours!!! There is no doubt she was talking to someone on call. Craziest thing I have ever heard. I have had to involve this office in some of my insurance issues. However, they always need to know there are two sides of every stories with their employees. It is absolutely ridiculous they would have any note like that under anybodies file. Horrible customer service.
