Description of Work: Replaced cartridge in shower head and connected a line from the water heater to a drain. Quoted a price of $800.00 to replace a basic level garbage disposal. We declined that service. The company responded quickly, even offered Saturday service. The plumber arrived on time. He even put shoe coverings on to protect our floors. He was polite and professional. It is just too expensive even after we used the $80 coupon we got in the mail. |

Description of Work: Very good work performed by D.J.!! All of the plumbers we've used in recent years from Mr. Plumber have done extremely good work. This service isn't cheap, but, hey -- it's your HOUSE, and worth the price paid. Don't insult them by nickle-and-diming them. Their prices are set. Guaranteed work, and it's always been done right at our house. The certainty and security is so worth it. Office staff and dispatchers know that they're doing, as well.

Description of Work: They have a very deceptive coupon promotion. They capitalize on your vulnerability for needing the drain. I waited three days to have them come out. The plumber that came that said, "You gotta read those coupons really closely." It ended up being $249 instead of the $90 coupon that I saw. I did not appreciate the deceptive advertising.

Description of Work: Bored a new sump pump drain line, joined two sump pump discharge pipes to it, dug a new dry well. |I was impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and creativity all around. Description of Work: Toilet was leaking. He came in and tightened up connections. Only charged cost of a service fee when he could have charged much more. Was honest about repairs needed. Did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs.

Description of Work: Replaced failed sump pump...they were able to come by within 2-3 hrs of calling them on a Saturday. The technician was very professional and did a good job. I think the price was about $200 higher than I thought it should be, but considering it was a weekend, I couldn't shop around.

Description of Work: Overall home plumbing inspection and water heater flush. They were on time and courteous. My father was at the house with the service man. When I got home from work, there was water all over the floor by the water heater. I called and they sent someone back out that night. However, he tightened the spigot but said I would need to replace it because it had become faulty. Mind you, the water heater is flushed annually and was not leaking at all before they flushed it. They wanted $250 to replace the spigot. I declined. It was still leaking so I called them out again. They placed some cap on the inside of the spigot to try to keep it from leaking. Then, even though the first service man had said they water heater was in great condition and working fine, and the 2nd tech said it just needed the spigot replaced for $250, the 3rd technician said we should consider buying a new water heater while it was still 2014...before something changed in them and caused the costs to be much higher. Needless to say, I have not had them back out and my water heater still has a slow leak from the spigot. Trying to perform preventative maintenance on a perfectly working water heater, in order to maintain its performance, I now have a leaky water heater, due to the company I chose to PM it.
