Description of Work: Had Mr. Plumber come out due to dumping a hand towel down the toilet after washing walls. Tec got here, ran some water and said it was in toilet drain and ran hand auger. Then said he had to pull toilet cause it was in main drain. Extra fee. Pulled toilet ran not one but 2 different augers in drain and couldn't find it. Then turned around and said it was in the toilet drain after all, all while he was complaining about " He had something to do that night but had to be here trying to open this freaking drain." After 3 hours and no luck he said he was gonna have someone come back out the next day and run a camera to find out where it was at. Supervisor came bye around 5 P.M. and said we didn't need the camera cause it was in the toilet still and the drain tec was on his way. After 2 hours no one should up or called. I called and canceled the service call, after that got calls from the on call plumber and the drain tec. Still canceled appointment. Got another plumber and it took him 10 minutes to get the towel out of the drain.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 outside water faucets and did some inline plumbing work as well. They were expensive, but they were good. I give them straight A's in everything but the price.
