THEY PROVIDED ME A NATIONAL NUMBER TO CALL AND TOLD ME THAT ONCE I HAD A CERTIFICATE IN HAND THEY WOULD INSTALL A REPLACEMENT DIPTUBE FOR FREE AND WITHOUT ANOTHER TRIP CHARGE. THEY CAME BACK TO MY HOME IN A TIMELY MANNER, TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME THE PROBLEM AND EXPLAIN HOW IT CATCHES THE PARTICLES FROM THE DEFECTIVE DIPTUBE. I WOULD USE METZLER AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
