Description of Work: I called, and within ten minutes, a service person called me. And within another ten minutes, he arrived and fixed my air problem. Both after 7:30 PM. Wonderful service.

Description of Work: Provider fixed a problem with the furnace. The original representative forgot to reattach the wiring for the thermostat, but the company immediately sent out another technician to fix the issue once we noticed it. We have had them out more recently to assess our AC unit.

Description of Work: I had no heat. Called their office about 9 am and they said they could be there in the afternoon. James called about 12:30 and said he would be there by 1:00 and he was. He ascertained quickly that the ignitor was bad, he replaced it and wasn't in my home for more than an hour. He was polite and friendly.

Description of Work: I realized my furnace was out about 6 pm. Called the Love Heating and Air Conditioning emergency number and a repairman was at my home in about an hour. He was professional and spent an hour or more to fix and problem and make sure the situation was resolved. His inspection showed I needed a new part and returned the next day to install. The work of Love Heating and AC is great!

Description of Work: I have been using them for 33 years, I really do not care for their service anymore.

Description of Work: Heat pump would not come on, and gas furnace did not come on. Found the flue pipe blocked, and thus back pressure would not start gas to ignite. Blew out flue pipe after diagnosis, purchased necessary parts & heat pump is working fine now.

First attempt to fix problem didn't work. Came back a second and third time. This is going on while, we have gone days without heat. Canceling service contract today.

Description of Work: With the highs reaching 90 degrees plus, my AC went out. Love Heating and AC responded quickly to my service call and determined that a new AC unit and furnace (blower motor was dead) was needed, and in my best long term interest. Love installed new equipment within a day and a half, and most importantly got the A/C portion of the installation completed in one day. Service was quick and professional with a friendly staff. Description of Work: DIAGNOSTIC TEST FOR FREON LEAKAGE PROBLEM, DIDN'T FIND THE LEAK, SUGGEST TO CALL THEM BACK WHEN THE LEAK OCCURRED AGAIN, MAYBE END OF SUMMER OR BEGINNING OF NEXT SUMMER SEASON. INSTALLED A DIGITAL THERMOSTAT TO REPLACE THE MERCURY ONE UPON REQUEST, WAIVED THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST TRIP FEE. COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT, EVEN MADE A SECOND TRIP BACK TO STORE TO PICK UP THE THERMOSTAT.
