Not well

After contacting Gary he came out that same day and did our project. He left our billl for us and the job was done well.

I called this company several times, left messages on voice mail, was finally called back. I talked with a male in reference to an estimate for the installation of Novabrik. I was advised by the gentleman that someone would come by my house take measures and get back with me. It has been at least two weeks and not anyone has gotten back with me. I called last week, left a voice mail and as of this date I have not received a return call. I think it is unprofessional of a company that does not respond to potential customers.

I had carpenter ants that had chewed out the support beams. He used new supports to keep it from falling while they did their work and did a great job!! He prices are competitive.

Gary did a fine job, but what most impressed me was his willingness to return when we had a problem (and after our payment had been made). When I called Gary to explain the problem, there was no hesitation on his part to come out and fix it. He came out the very next day. To me, his willingness to follow-up on a problem was even more important than the original work, and the original work was well done. I was very satisfied. But I was even more impressed with his follow-up.

KIRBY WINDOW AND DOORS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. MR. GARY KIRBY IS THE PRINCIPAL INDIVIDUAL. HE DOES THE ESTIMATING AND THE ACTUAL WORK. HIS PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE, AND HIS WORK IS EXCELLENT. I HAVE HAD WINDOWS INSTALLED THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE AND IN MY PLACE OF BUSINESS. I BELIEVE HIS COMPANY TO BE TRUSTWORTHY, AND MR KIRBY TO BE A MAN OF HIS WORD. I HAVE ALSO REFERRED HIM TO OTHER INDIVIDUALS AND THEY HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED.

FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. VERY REASONABLE PRICE. GOOD CONTACT AND GOOD ACCELERATION WHEN NEEDED. I HAVE ALREADY HIRED HIM FOR AN ADDITIONAL JOB.
