Kinetico Quality Water Systems Karen Blackburn

Softener performance has been superb and drinking water is fantastic. If you are like me and are very particular about the taste of water and/or have especially bad hard water, I would recommend this system. Sales staff and installers were very professional and prompt.

We were looking to have a new water softening system installed in our home. I called different water companies. Kinetico sent out a manager to check our water system and test the water. He then spent a lot of time explaining the different options and prices. He even returned another time so he could review this with my husband so we could make an informed decision! This was all free with no obligations. All further questions were answered promptly through email and phone. We went ahead with the installation and also had a drinking filtration system installed as well. We were very happy with their service. The separate water drinking system was particularly important to us and we are very pleased. They also followed up to make sure that all was well. Excellent service from beginning to end.

My experience with Karen at Kinetico was great! We started off with with the Easy Water System in our new construction home last June. It was the absolute worst, so we got our 90 day refund. The system did absolutely nothing to the hardness/purity of our water. We live in Westfield with one of the worst water conditions here in Indiana. Ultimately, we contacted Kinetico because I was at Clarks Appliance's describing our water problem with our dishwasher. They recommended Kinetico...that that is what they had throughout their entire store. Karen came out and discussed the water softener options and the K5 reverse osmosis system. She was very well informed, did testing on our water and provided compassionate advice on what would be most beneficial for our needs. Because we could not afford both systems at the time, we just got the water softener, which has done wonders.Early this spring we contacted Karen because our dishes were not getting cleaned and had white coating all over them. She guaranteed it was probably due to the system being turned off somehow. Sure enough, the tile company turned it off when they cut through water piping and needed to to make sure all water was off. She came over right away, tested our water, went down stairs and found out that that is exactly what had happened.We then discussed the RO system at this time because my health was not well and we needed to have the most purified water possible. She spent a lengthy amount of time explaining the system (and doing the tea demonstration test) and the importance of why getting a certain RO was going to be best for my health. I never once felt pressured or that she was trying to push her product on me. They have the paper documents and consumer ratings to back up their product. We ultimately bought the RO system because of Karen. We could have gotten an extremely cheaper one through our plumber, but I was sold not only on the backing of Kinetico products, but I was sold on Karen. Businesses these days do not understand the importance of having a trustworthy and caring sales person...and someone that follows through on their word. Well, Kinetico found a gem. Gosh...it sounds like I am selling Karen and not Kinetico, but that is how comfortable and confident I felt with Karen, her knowledge, punctuality, responsiveness, and her compassion to do what is right for the customer. These products are not cheap (that's why I gave it a "C" on pricing, but these days what isn't expensive? Cheap stuff is even expensive. With Kinetico you at least get the backing of having the best product ratings.

They met with us during contraction, tested our water at the source, developed a plan for our water systems. Karen and her partner often stopped by during the construction phase to monitor the water line installation and keep apprised of related issues. They are very knowledgeable about their products and other systems as well. After installation they continued to check in on us to make sure the systems were working properly and that we were satisfied. Some adjustments were needed but, they were done with minimum effort and no cost to us. They provided us with excellent customer service, personal attention and genuily cared about making us satisfied customers.
