Description of Work: Asked Albers for a quote and was pleased with his response time. When the proposal came, the document was not professional and lacked enough detail to discern whether it was reasonable. After obtaining competitive offer, I notified Albers that I was not going to go with his firm. He left a nasty voice mail on my answering machine. Bottom line - unprofessional and over priced.
