JUST WATER LLC

This company calls you the day before they plan on being in your neighborhood for the service call. You do not get advance notification that the system is in need of an annual inspection. This is what I get from Airtron when it is time to service my furnace or AC unit. Just Water refuses to reschedule when you tell them you don't have the money for a next day service and they inform you the price of the inspection will go up if they don't do it while they are in your neighborhood. I have felt as if I am being "bullied" by this company as well as the type of business practices they use I feel is unethical. I am in the process of looking for another company to service my water softener when I call them to do it.

The man that worked on the water softener ended up lubing two valves and took a part out of the softener and just blew through it. Then did a ten point check and he said it checked out. The other guy that work on the purification system took off some parts and filters to go to his truck to change them out. He let me know that he change the filters but the ones he brought in looked very old. After they put the filters in they told me what I needed to do to make everything work and then they left. Shortly there after I noticed i had no water coming out of my tap. I ended up calling them a many times until I was able to get a hold of them. At last a guy called me and gave me a big speel about why the water wasn't coming in. He let me know that if I really wanted to fix it that it would cost me $199 extra to have the membrane replaced. I feel that they were doing a bait and switch so I put a stop notice on the check and he was very mad about that. But I feel like they cheated me. I would be glad to pay them for the job if they would just come back and do the job right. This is the 3rd time I've dealt with this company and everytime I have had a problem. I will not deal with them again.

No services performed. The only interaction was the marketing approach: Marketing tactic is spammy. They leave a delivery notice on your door, making you think think a gift delivery occurred but you missed the delivery, with instructions to call their "Delivery Center". When you call they will offer services. Misleading and dishonest.

I purchased the water treatment center from Just Water. They told me it would be $4900.00 for the water treatment center. They said I had a lifetime warranty. They didn't mention any thing about having to pay a maintenance fee annually. I called them before the year maintenance warranty was up that first year. I thought it was leaking but I was incorrect. The water was from my furnace. I also thought the water tasted salty. They are wanting to charge me and they aren't supposed to. I called two or three times during that first year and they wouldn't return my call. They won't honor my warranty either. They said the warranty doesn't have to be honored because it wasn't serviced during the past year. The company changed hands during the first year. They said that because of this they don't have to honor my warranty as well. She tried to make a deal with me to pay $117.00 and they would come out and maintenance it for me. I told her we never had to pay a fee in the first place due to our contract. I am very dissatisfied with the conduct of this company. All I want them to do is service my water treatment center.

I called, and they said they wanted to test the water. Angelica with the company got nasty when I told her that we don't like soliciting, or allow it. She said it wasn't solicitation, and hung up on me. The sticker says "will re-deliver on", and "will pick up on", and has a delivery center number blanked out. They then added their number to call. To me this is false advertisement, as it refers to a gift. I also feel this is a bad way to do business.

It went well, it did take longer than I was told it would take but it still went well. They cleaned up well after they were done with the work. He was good about explaining things as he was doing them.
