Very well. The job I had for them involved putting new fixtures in a very old sink. The first time the tried they stripped the threads on the new fixture. They told me that it had happened and ordered me a replacement. They covered the cost and installed the new fixture. I am very happy with how they handled a difficult situation. They also fixed my leaking water softener.

Hope plumbing came out on Wednesday, leak detector came out on Thursday. I opted to delay the repair until Monday because I had out of town guests. The jackhammering and leak repair were done on Monday and the tile and grout work were done on Tuesday. I am very impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism, courteousness, and availability. I would definitely use Hope Plumbing again.

He was very good and explained everything to me that he was doing. He fixed an additional pipe. On the downside, I asked him to take unplug my sink, but he didn't have the correct equipment with him to do it.

They were professional, punctual, and responsive. The price was good. I would use them again.

At the time of repair it went very well other than they had to go and get some parts that I would have thought were usual to have with them. After several months the repairs are the same as before we spent the money to have them fixed.

Two guys came out and were very courteous. They were expedient and got to the problem quickly. I was very happy with the price, and timeliness. Thank you.

The overall job went fine. I have been very satisfied with their service. They are just very open and explain what the situation is.

We had a leak in the shower on the first floor. He provided the suggestion of doing some caulking which worked well. I really appreciated that they only gave us the suggestion and allowed us to caulk ourselves. Another representative from the company helped with the corraded main drain leaving our house and installed a showerhead in another shower. They were all excellent and I would call them again if needed.

They were very informative. They pointed out a few things that I was not aware of. I would use them again.

I bought a coupon and I had them come out to do the job for me. I thought it was expensive for changing the toilet shut off valve. I don’t know if I will use their services again in the future.

Other places had quoted over 1200 in services and this was under 500 using the big deal. Very happy with the work, the Aprilaire humidifier which is one of the better ones in the industry. Timely work an cleanup after.

I called Hope plumbing on a Saturday morning because the main sewer line was draining very slowly. (We had just moved in a couple weeks prior, and the sewer line was rapidly approaching a no-flow situation.) They promptly answered the phone, along with all my questions, and were at my doorstep roughly 20 minutes later. Yes, that fast! Roughly 30 or 40 minutes later they were complete. 1 month later, we haven't had any issue with the quality of their work. Because we were new to an old house (Meridian Kessler area), they took time to tell us about using copper sulfate in the drains, as well as other general information. Both gentlemen were very friendly. Overall a very good experience. The only two things that could have been better were: 1) Price. They were reasonable in their price, but not a standout deal either. No complaints here though because their responsiveness made up for it! 2) They didn't use any video inspection to visually verify the line was as clear as possible. This probably isn't really necessary, given my drains are working fine, but it could be viewed as an extra form of quality control. Again, my overall experience was very good and I would recommend them!

The service went great. The plumber that came out was knowledgeable. He was able to fix two problems that I had. He was only here for about an hour.

First time we used Hope was on Labor Day weekend on Sunday night. Gave them a call at 7:00 PM for a main sewer line total backup. The were at my house by 9:30 and we were fixed up by 10:30. Next time was Dec. 28 to resolve what a shower leaking problem. It was a much simpler fix than I thought. I was concerned it would require taking out a finished drywall. Two other tub drain issues were evaluated and resolve a week later because it fit my schedule.

They did a good job. They prompt and professional.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Larry was knowledgeable and super easy to work with. They arrived on time, were neat and tidy. Overall a wonderful experience. Our house feels better already. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

They did a good job. There was misscommunication for a while because they were contacting a disconnected number. When they did actually show up, we were very pleased with the work.

I think I spent about $178 on their services. I chose them because of the advertisement that was there in the paper. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
