Showed up on time and did a great job repairing the problem.

Good but not perfect. Not able to do everything as proposed. Professional and personable.

They were great! They came in with a better quote than 4 other companies and seemed to be more informed of the best way to fix our flooding problem.

We used them a second time after a Big Deal purchase. They promptly came and within an hour they had the pipe completely repaired. He knew exactly where the problem was. He pulled out all of the wet installation and we asked him what we should do and he suggested a water remediation company and they recommended a great company that came out a couple hours later to finish up the work. I have recommended them to other people.

They are very good. I’ve used them for a number of times. I did a Big Deal with them and then because of the Big Deal, I had them back. I had found them quite competitive on their prices. I don’t remember being frustrated about them not showing up so I’m sure they came when they said they would. I think they have always showed up when they said they would.

They did the work satisfactorily, and everything has been working well since. There was no problem with them. They did the work like they said they would.

My water heater makes a popping noise. I called Hope Plumbing and scheduled an appointment to see if they could do anything about it. Christina, the scheduleer, said she'd never heard of that, but scheduled an appointment anyway. Charlie called when he was on his way. After he took one look at my water heater, he described what was happening and said he couldn't do anything because of the plastic spigot on it. (The popping sediment would never drain out of the small opening of the plastic spigot). He said that he almost asked me on the phone if it had a plastic spigot, but has found that some people just don't want to be bothered with that and want him to come anyway. Really? Well, I am not that person. I would have rather had the conversation with him, saved the $69, and written a positive review. Honestly, I feel like it was an opportunity to make $69 when he knew their was a very good chance he'd not be able to do anything to fix it. Christina, the dispatcher, had the opportunity to discount the fee (Charlie said he'd ask her) and she chose not to. I will not use them again.

Arrived within the 3 hour window of appt. evaluated entire job and began draining the water heater. Answered all questions. Charles Efficiently installed heater and swiftly dealt with faucet issues. His assistant appeared to be very new and made me a little uncomfortable as he lingered in bedroom and bath as Charles and I continued on to next area. Also he was long on chat and short on action when it came to cleaning up and putting things away. Very pleasant man but still has much to learn. I prefer servicemen who complete job properly and with as little fuss as possible and found Charles to be an excellent example. Work was within the parameters of estimate. I always appreciate no unpleasant surprises when the bill arrives. I rated responsiveness as b since there was no urgency to my problem compared to the many water problems occurring now due to intense weather and the office explained one of their plumbers was out with illness.

I didn't like that they tried to charge me extra because I lived in Carmel and they didn't disclose that upfront. Other than that, I was satisfied with the work.

I had a leaky backyard outside water valve. I could never turn the water all the way off. I had 2 other plumbers try to fix the problem. Within 2-3 weeks the water would start leaking. Hope plumbing came up with a clever permanent solution with minimal damage/replacement to existing walls. They did a great job. Thanks for finally solving my water problem!!!

A water pipe ruptured between our water heater and the water softener and water was spewing everywhere in the garage and freezing as it fell. We could not find the water cut off so we were in the midst of an emergency. We had called our regular plumber and they could not provide emergency service. I called Hope plumbing and they responded within two hours, shut off the water and made a permanent repair to the pipe. The technician was courteous and well-spoken, and represented his company well!

Tim did a great job. Called to indicate he was on the way, evaluated the situation, took care of it and offered advice. I could not ask for more.

I was preparing a 1954 built house for sale that needed some extensive plumbing done to get the house up on the market. Hope plumbing sent a seasoned and professional plumber to complete all the necessary jobs and completed them all in one day. He arrived on time and was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. You could tell by observing his work he was a professional . When the jobs were completed he took the time to clean up all of his work areas and proceeded to explain and show me that everything was working properly. I will be calling Hope Plumbing again for my next plumbing job.

They're wonderful with old plumbing. They can do anything but if you have old plumbing, they're experienced with that. It was competitively billed. They did a fantastic job.

Replaced kitchen faucet. When the old faucet was removed, there was considerable corrosion and rust under it. The plumber thoroughly cleaned all the rust and corrosion from the area and the fittings. He explained what had caused the problem and gave me advice on how to avoid this in the future. I am very satisfied with this provider.

I called Hope at 11:00 in the morning and they were at my house, the same day, 3 hours later to install my new water heater. They were very polite and also explained everything to me about the old and new water heater. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Replaced water heater that had begun to flood the basement. Responded within a few hours and did a nice clean job. As they were immediately available, I didn't get other bids, but their price was in line with what I found online.

We love them and would continue to use them. We love the service and the front office people. They are really great and we couldn't be happier.

Replaced bathtub fixtures. They had to redue some of the piping to the new fixtures. They did a good job and on time and would use them again.

Fixed a leak in bathroom sink, a leak in plumbing for washer, and installed new faucet in kitchen sink. | |They were extremely responsive and easy to work with in scheduling the service. The technician arrived on time, communicated exactly what needed to be done, and then completed his work neatly, efficiently, and with quality! When the new faucet we had purchased was missing a part (even though box had not been opened), he quickly contacted a supply company, picked up the part, and returned to complete the work. It would have been easler for him to just say he couldn't install it and cause us to reschedule after getting the part ourselves. He went above and beyond from my perspective by solving the issue wi the least amount of disruption and hassle for us. He did not charge any extra for the. Special trip to the supply company, just the price of the part for which he provided us a receipt. | |I would highly recommend this company.

I chose Hope Plumbing based on all the good reviews and was very surprised by my bad experience. My problem was that my toilet tank leaked, then when I shut off the water supply, the shut-off valve leaked, too. I was able to stop the shut-off valve leak, so this was not an emergency service call. When I made the appointment, I told the person that I wanted the mechanism in the toilet tank replaced and the water supply shut-off valve replaced. I thought that new parts might ensure that I wouldn?t have the same problem in the future. When the plumber (Tony) arrived, I also told him that I wanted the mechanism inside the toilet tank replaced and the water shut-off valve replaced. While I was still in the room, Tony spent about a minute adjusting the ball float and informed me that he had fixed my problem and started to pick up his things to leave. I asked about replacing the parts inside the tank and also mentioned that he hadn?t even touched the shut-off valve yet. Tony said the parts inside the toilet tank looked new and he didn?t think they needed to be replaced. I told him that I wanted them replaced anyway. Also, I told him again that I wanted the water shut-off valve replaced. I felt as if I had to almost beg him to stay and do the work. Tony spent a long time replacing the parts inside the toilet tank and messing with the shut-off valve. Then he informed me that he had checked it out and everything was working fine. I noticed that the shut-off valve was still the old one. I asked why it hadn?t been replaced. Tony said he had tightened it and that was all it needed. I said that I was frustrated and unhappy with the service because I had told him several times that I wanted the shut-off valve replaced. Tony said he fixed the valve and everything was guaranteed against leaks for a year anyway. I verified that if there was a leak in the toilet tank or water shut-off valve within a year, then it was under warranty. Tony said yes. After he left, I called their office and talked to Christina, who said she was a manager. I told her what had happened and that I was frustrated and upset by their service because it wasn?t what I had wanted. She was very nice and said Tony probably didn?t replace the shut-off valve because it wasn?t necessary, regardless of what I had wanted or requested. She mentioned the warranty and said the new parts inside the tank were guaranteed for a year, but tightening the shut-off valve was only guaranteed for 30 days, not a year as Tony had said. She asked what I wanted to do, but I didn?t want Tony back to replace the shut-off valve and I didn?t feel comfortable dealing with the company since they didn?t do the job I requested. After the call, I flushed the toilet and it wouldn?t flush. Water would not flow into the bowl unless you held the handle down. I know I should have flushed before Tony left, but I was frustrated about the whole experience and didn?t do that. So, I called Christina back and said I wanted it fixed. She said she would find someone and let me know when. A man named Brad called me back and said someone would be there within an hour. Approximately 1 hour later, Tony and another guy came. Tony immediately replaced the flapper and said something about putting on the wrong one the first time and apologized for the mistake. I don?t know how he had checked the toilet when he said everything was working fine. Also, I have no idea if Tony installed a new flapper the second trip or just put the original one back on. In the end, it was a very frustrating experience because Hope Plumbing wouldn't do all the work that I wanted so I had to get another plumber to finish the job.

Purchased a Big Deal in Sept 2011 for $39 plumbing service call and had minor plumbing fixture repairs done. One repair was to fix a non-standard faucet handle that was leaking - we thought just tightening would work and agreed to try that route first. It worked for a while but didn't hold, so they came back and fixed it (this fix is permanent - hasn't leaked since). On that second visit, I also had them reseal a toilet base and replace a tub/shower spigot which ended up being more work than expected because original spigot had to be cut from the shower diverter (? not sure I've got parts right, but I saw it and it wasn't budging - he had not encountered a problem like that before). Anyway, everything works fine and charges were reasonable. Both guys were clean, polite and customer-service oriented.

It went very good, they were punctual, pleasant, and professional.
