Came in for an estimate and repair of a leaky shower and problems with a running toilet and tub. Could not be more impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and price. They are now on my "go to" list of service providers.

My quick fix to a leaky pipe didn't work so I called Hope Plumbing around 10AM, Robert came out later that afternoon and arrived within the scheduled window, calling before arriving. He was awesome. He quickly looked at the issue and explained what he would be doing. Robert was honest and didn't try to make the problem seem larger than it really was. The problem was fixed quickly and he stuck around to make sure everything was fixed after the water was turned back on. He also provided some advice and ballpark costs for a few projects I have on my to do list. Great experience with the company and the individuals I spoke to, Hope has earned my future plumbing business. Highly suggest them.

Everything was awesome, showed up within the time period that we had scheduled, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would only have 2 complains. One would be that he got here at 9, found the problem within about 10 minutes and left about an hour later walking through most of the house giving remodeling advice, telling stories etc...when he was finally leaving (Roger if you're reading this, you are awesome don't get me wrong) he charged 99 dollars when I had been given an estimate of 69 for the inspection which took about 10 minutes but said since they found fixed the issue which was just that we hadn't run our bathroom shower in months, it was 20 more. We went with Hope even though they were not the cheapest because we trust them which we still do I just thought for 10 minutes of work, let's just stick with the 69 dollar assessment which they did end up giving us. Otherwise, they are awesome, Roger is awesome, my Saturday's are just so important time to spend with my family, since it was such an easy fix I would have rather them been in and out.

We had a pipe in the basement that was leaking at one of the connections. We didn't discover the leak until late in the day, and after talking to Kelly, we opted to take the first available appointment the following day. since the pipe was leaking directly into the basement shower. This morning I called and talked to Christina and she advised me that we were next up on the schedule. Shortly after, Tim called to say he was on the way, and less than two hours later, the repair was completed. This is the second time we have used Hope and I would not hesitate to use them again. Our house is over 60 years old, and they specialize in older homes. The pipes Tim were working on were some of the original pipes and he did warn me that we might run into some additional problems. Although he did have a some difficulty loosening the connections, he got it done with a minimum of trouble and no additional problems or expense. Both Kelly and Christina are great to deal with over the phone, very friendly and helpful, and the guys sent out on both jobs have been nothing less than professional, competent, and efficient.

I tried first to open it myself with a snake and chemicals, but was unable. My normal plumber for the previous 20 years has gone into another line of business. I had another plumber tell me that the 60 year old pipe was completely clogged and needed to be replaced for $400. I had this done to my kitchen sink drain a few years before and it cost a lot less, so I called Hope Plumbing. Their drain specialist was able to open the pipe with a snake and used chemicals to further clean the drain. The specialist was on time, courteous and most importantly, cleared the clog that the other plumber wouldn't. They are my new normal plumbers from now on.

he was on time and got right to work. It turned out my old faucet was actually rusted to the sink which was not obvious until he started removing it. he was persistent and good natured. the new faucet was installed and helps move my kitchen to this decade. (house was built in 1954)

I had to use Hope twice in a short time period at my old historic home and could not be happier with both of the men that came to my house. They were prompt, clean, articulate about what they needed to do and why. They did not waste time and got the jobs done quickly. As a Realtor I know how important it is to have a plumbing company one can trust who can also schedule a job quickly. I plan on keeping Hope on my very short list of providers both personally and professionally.

Called at 8am, the guy was here in 20 mins. Solved the problem quickly for $169. Roto Rooter had quoted $495 for same job the day before. Would certainly call again.

Outstanding response time! After sending the request via AL the night prior to three companies that fit the profile I was looking for, Hope responded first, and were able to meet me at my house before anyone else had even called me back. I immediately liked the guys, could tell they were knowledgeable and passionate about their profession and NEVER felt pressured to use them. More so, I didn't want to lose more time dealing with proposals and meetings-the price was better than a previous quote by 1000.00 and I immediately felt trust for Jack and Brad. They explained they were able to get to the job quickly and communicated what I could expect with exceptional tact and professionalism. They arrived the day they anticipated, and within the time window. I was out of town and received a call from Kelly that the job was complete.(She also provided excellent customer service-assuring me it was not a problem when I erroneously gave her the wrong credit card information and needed to call the following day.) When I arrived home, I was impressed with the way they had left my yard. When other homes in my neighborhood had the same work performed, a mound of dirt was left and that was the end of the story. They took extra time to spread the dirt in the low spots around the trees right next to the drain. I will recommend Hope to anyone who asks!

Hope plumbing did an excellent job. They were prompt, thorough, professional, and able to quickly complete the work.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they were fine. I’ve used them in the past because they specialize in older homes and that’s what I have. So they are convenient to use. The price was a little bit of an issue because I had the deal and so it was a fair price. When I used them in the past, I haven’t been crazy about their pricing, but as far as this experience I can’t complain because they were inexpensive for this experience. I probably would use them again in the future.

Went as expected. No surprises.

The project solved the problems we were having with water backing up into our basement. However, in doing so Hope made a huge mess. Our neighborhood is filled with homes having the same work done, and no other house we've seen was as wrecked as our yard was. There were, it should be noted, some extenuating circumstances: a large tree in the way, for instance. Overall, it's hard to know if another company would have destroyed our yard quite as fantastically as Hope did, but they absolutely offered the best price among those plumbers we got estimates from. Plus, when we called Hope back, they did return to even out the heaped up soil as best they could. It still cost us a great deal of money to repair the yard after that.

The service was fine and they showed up but we decided not to finish our basement yet.

The technician was very informative and gave us some great advice throughout the appointment. We are thankful for their service and will certainly hire them again in the future!

Emergency call after hours for a stopped up kitchen sink, with a garbage disposal. I had guest coming and it was after hours, so I was in a panic. This company recommended by a local plumbing company that could not make it. I was the lucky one. This is a small family run company, but very efficient, and fair in price. Ended up it was not the garbage disposal, but line further down and had to disconnect pipes and use line to open way into the main drain.They were here at least an hour; job done with no mess, no fuss! Definitely would call again.

The service and everything was fine. We had just some issues that was out of their control. We had to put in a few different water heaters and then they had to removed the few different water heaters before we had to upgrade so the price was a little bit higher than we wanted but it was kind of out of everyone's control at that point. The guys were really nice. They made a lot of trips to the house. One thing that I would say is that they leave just a little bit of a mess that they didn't clean up in the laundry area. I think it was a pretty good experience.

My water heater began to leak rusty water out of the top. All signs pointed to needing a new water heater, so I called Hope because they're right nearby and have experience with older homes. Everything went great. The technician confirmed that the tank would need to be replaced due to rusting elements inside. In a few short hours, a new energy efficient heater was installed. The technician also installed a secondary shut-off valve near the heater. In the event of another leak, we would have another method for shutting off the water.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the workers in out home.

They were average. I would not use them in the future.
