Hope Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

The FHA was asking with regards to my loan approval for my house. They were very prompt in getting here and giving me a response.

Came out the same day I called for an estimate. The plumber, Roger was knowledgable and explained every detail of what would be done. Gave me some options to consider and wrote estimates for each option. Was also a nice and friendly guy and sweet to my daughter and even to my dogs. We purchased our own softener from Lowes and Roger installed it with no issues. He had to create a drain for us since none existed for the softener to drain. He also had to replumb our main water line to make sure the outside water was not soft. He also installed a bypass valve so we could control the hard and soft water. He explained exactly what was going on any time I asked. He also explained the softener and how to use it. The final price was exactly what the estimate price was. My water is soft, no leaks, parts and labor warranty so I am happy! My only complaint would be I think the estimate service charge should be taken off the final bill. Other places I called offered this or gave free estimates, but their install price was very fair so it's a minor issue. Overall I will use them again when we redo our bathroom.

They came for a plumbing issue and looked at a slow bath tub drain. They told me all about it and how to provent it in the future. Very nice.

We had a clogged drainpipe. Hope staff discovered via video that although most of the clay pipe had been replaced with plastic, a small section near the house was still clay and clogged with roots. So they replaced the problem section. We got another estimate for this work and found Hope's price was competitive. Hope Plumbing has handled some other plumbing issues as well and we have been very satisfied with their work and advice.

They've been excellent. They did a great job. They got it done under their estimate and under their time limit. They were fantastic. I would give them an A+. I would give them A for everything. They were awesome. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It went great. We used Hope to purchase and install our water heater and they were awesome, so we used them again. Lowe's was supposed to install our dishwasher but said that we had to re-route our water lines to do so. When Hope came out to look at our drains, they said that was not true and offered to install it for us (without have to re-route our lines). Not only did they do this, they also fixed a broken pvc pipe on our basement sink drain. I will continue to use Hope anytime I have any plumbing needs.

They got here right away. Their price was high.

The job scheduled before mine took longer than anticipated, but Hope Plumbing called and kept me updated regarding their arrival - and they still arrived within their original time frame for arrival. They pinpointed the problem and were able to fix it, even when they found some additional issues once they pulled the toilet. When they finished up and did their final check, they found something that wasn't quite right and took the time to make sure it was correct, even though they had to pull the toilet and reset it. I'm sure they were out much later than normal for a Monday, but they were still personable, pleasant and professional. I will not hesitate to use them again and was pleased by how quickly they were able to schedule an appointment - I first called mid-day on Friday and they were able to schedule me for Monday afternoon.

Arrived on time - polite and professional and replaced faucet and valve.

The work was done professionally and promptly. It took less time than estimated, looks and works perfectly, and cost exactly what I was quoted. Will use again... But hopefully not too soon!

My sink was super slow to drain. Tim took care of the issue and didn't make a mess. I have used this company and asked for Tim specifically several times this year. Hope Plumbing was contacted by the plumbing company that we had used previously when they were "too busy" to help us when a pipe burst last winter. Tim came to our rescue, took care of the problem and calmed down the crazy home owner (me). I can't say enough nice things about Hope and especially, Tim. After a lifetime of looking for a trustworthy plumber, I finally found what I was looking for...

We often use 2 plumbers on Angie's List. We put a call in last night at 5pm and still have not heard from the 1st. We called Hope plumbing first thing this am on a Sunday Holiday weekend, and a real person answers and not only that, the technician was already calling me that was on duty before I could get off the phone!! WOW Tim showed up very prompt. Tim was very professional and definately knew what he was doing.Tim was very friendly, even with my "killer" dog who licks you to deathe! I can tell you we will never call anyone else but Hope Plumbing. I own a couple of different houses in the Ardern Neighborhood and will refer Hope to all my neighbors. The price may seem a little steep, but we also knew going into the job it was a Sunday and Holdiay weekend, so to be expected. Thank you Hope plumbing!! Now back to my dishes I need to wash!

Everything went well. It was tested and it worked. We have not been able to move the washer yet, but it seems to be fine. They have always been responsive when we have used them in the past.

The service was great. They did a nice job. I really liked the guy who came out. While he was here, he checked some toilets for me.

Tim was our service man. My husband and I were very pleased with is knowledge, his work ethic, his demeanor of kindness, his politeness and his sense of humor. Even though he lighted the 2 gas fireplaces he made it very clear that we should have the chimneys inspected before using the fireplaces since we aren't sure how long they have been unused. I will definitely use this plumbing company again and would recommend them to any friends.

After researching plumbers on the "List", we decided to contact Hope Plumbing for services. Christina scheduled service for the next day, offering 2 different appointment periods to choose from. Our service tech called within the 1st hour of the 3 hour appointment window and advised where he was and when he anticipated getting to our house. He arrived as advised, putting on shoe booties before walking through the house.He explained what he was going to try first and how much that would cost. If that didn't work, he would give me an estimate of needed work before doing it. Thankfully, he was able to solve the problem by running an auger in both. Robert was very professional. He explained the warranty on the work (and other work they do) and gave us his business card so we can call him if needed. He also gave us estimates for future projects we plan to tackle. We thought the charge, which was after the senior discount, was a little pricey but we had a good "feeling" about the company and its employees.

The plumbers inspected my house and determined that I did not need a sump pump at this time. They advised me to see a refund. I was delighted!

I was suprised that they only gave a visual inspection. I will say that he did tell me a few things that did save us some money on our water bill. I was only suprised when I found that they had a very limited amount of things they could do with my coupon.

The plumbing tech did an amazing job.

At the time I believed the service was fine. However, when I went to go change my R/O filters at the 1 year mark, I discovered serious problems. The membrane was missing the locking device which cause water to leak into top and ruined the monitor/battery system. The worst part was that they DIDN'T EVEN PUT IN THE THIRD FILTER! The case was empty - so I was not getting filtered water for a whole year.

Everything went well, and I had no issues with the service.

Perfectly. Did exactly what we wanted, when we wanted, the way we wanted. The work is professional and everything was cleaned up. I LOVE my new faucets! I will always ask for Tim; he knows his stuff.

After another plumber told me I would need to tear out the original sink and countertop in my 1930's kitchen in order to replace the faucet I called Hope Plumbing for a second opinion. Jonathan took one look at it and said there was no need to tear out anything, that he could replace the faucet that afternoon. He got the new faucet and in less than two hours it was installed. He was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. It looks great. I would definitely use them again.

We were very happy with the service they gave us. They were able to find parts that worked in it and it was much less expensive than we thought. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone. It was prompt and they were very clean. They tidied up after themselves and it was quick. I would absolutely use them again.

Once again, across the board they were great and I will continue to use them in the future. I really appreciate their approach of work and they are not at all pushy salesmen and they never try to up-sell me on items.
