They did a thorough job and identified a couple of trouble areas in our drains.

This was a much bigger problem than you would expect, because the piping was in the closet wall. He had to cut a hole to fix the problem. He put new faucets in the shower also. He did very neat work. He was very polite, courteous, and professional.

The had to dig up part of the back yard, which was a whole lot better than digging through the floor of our family room! The installed some sort of balloon piping which essentially was inserted into the old cast iron pipes and expanded them until they cracked and then the were replaced by the balloon insert that was already inserted. They worked so that it was not as invasive of our dwelling as possible. They also came back out and graded and seeded the lawn where they had to dig.

They were very pleasant and professional. Everything went well. My only complaint would be that it seemed the price was too high for the amount of work performed.

Hope didn't have a regular appointment until 3 business days out (5 days total), so we did an emergency visit. Casey and Kevin didn't arrive until about 45 minutes after the 2-hour time window was past, but that was understandable as it was an emergency call. They were polite, clean, and professional. They cut 1 large hole in the ceiling drywall and didn't find the leak, then cut another a few feet away, and again didn't find the leak. So they went back to the original cut and found the leak. (I wish they would have looked more carefully before cutting a second hole, but there was damage around the 2nd hole anyway so we would probably have replaced it some day, anyways...) After stopping the leak, they discussed a few options for repair, including doing the work then at emergency rates or coming back later to do under non-emergency rates. With the additional trip charge, the price was about the same. So although by now it was almost 9pm, they happily did the repair job, without complaint. That was impressive - I even offered that if their day was too long they didn't have to do it tonight. But they insisted it was up to me as the customer and they were happy to do it. So they did the emergency work. It looked like a quality job, they explained what they did, and they understood and honored an Angie's List Deal when there was confusion about its applicability. I was overall very happy with the service.

The pipe froze due to cold and than the pipe burst so they came and fixed it.The thing that impressed me was that they came out very quickly. They are fair and reasonable. They did a nice job for us in the past too.

They did a great job and they were quick. They cleaned up after them.

I told them I was overcharged and I wanted to talk to someone in their office. I waited in the house with the plumber for 45 minutes and then they talked to him and not me. I main reason I called them was to ask for a licensed and bonded plumber to do some work, once the plumber came out he called the office and then told me he is not licensed to do the job. I don't feel like it was the plumbers fault, he was polite and courteous.

They arrive in less than an hour, on a Saturday. I have had Roger out once before and he is the best professional I've had in my old home, 1925 build. He is punctual, friendly and always saves me a lot more money than most of the large plumbing companies out there.

Very well - great price, responsive, and did a nice job all around.

He was very efficient, he arrived on time, he explained everything he did and how the water heater operated and he was professional.

Plumbers diagnosed and repaired the problem extremely quickly. They arrived on time and were very courtesy and professional. They had the spigot removed and replaced in less than an hour.

Hope Plumbing scheduled an appointment quickly and provided outstanding service. The plumber was knowledgeable, explained the estimated cost of the job, and explained each repair as he was completing the work. The completed work was of excellent quality and the costs were reasonable. I will certainly use Hope Plumbing in the future to address our plumbing needs.

The company was fine. However this big deal did not cover everything I needed to get done.

We have an older home, so plumbing is older. That was the reason we chose Hope Plumbing, they advertise that they understand most older home concerns regarding plumbing. I placed a call before 9AM, told the very nice phone person that our sewage line was not running out properly. My husband had recently had surgery so we could not have these problems get too out of hand. He could not leave the house.The lady said they could come today. She didn't know exact time but said they would call 30 minutes before coming. They arrived about 1 hour later. We did not get a phone call but that may be because they came so quickly. They assessed the problem. They at first thought there was not a problem. I told them I have lived here almost 50 years and know the plumbing and I believe there is a problem developing. They said they would clean the line if I wanted it done. I said I did. First they cleaned from outside , both into the house and out to the street. Then they cleaned the drain in the main bathroom tub, and went to the basement and ran a load of water through my clothes washer.( To flush the lines I guess?). They were here about 40 to 50 minutes. The charge was $397.00 after a 5% Angies List discount. Only complaint I would mention. Due to outside work, the tracked mud into the house but I was able to sweep it up. I was surprised at the cost. I did not expect it to cost over $200-250 tops. They accomplished the goal. Plumbing is draining fine now.

My experience was good. They are on time for the appointments. They are very courteous. There were two people here doing the work.

The plumber spend approximately 2 hours discussing and evaluating the project. I was not apprised that I was paying for an estimate. He stated that since he had been there so long that he would have to charge for an estimate. However, I will be requesting a refund for this Big Deal since I had the service performed by another company for $400 less.

The service for the big deal from Hope Plumbing was not a good deal. I don't know what it was. I think it might have been a problem with the installation or a problem with the humidifier itself, the physical equipment. The humidifier stop being effective about after the first year. I cleaned out the system and all of that, did the proper maintenance for the second year and it was partly effective, this year it is not effective at all. I have to look at replacing the equipment next year. I don't understand, it might be that the water is not getting dripped, there is a problem with the sensor or something and that is not heating the water in properly. I can hear it clicking so there is something wrong but I don't know what it is. The installation itself looks awkward and kind of slap dash. It looks that way, maybe he had no other options because of the way the furnace is situated. I looked at my parent's installation, the installation at my parent's house, it looks a lot more integral to the furnace and it looks like it will last longer. The end result is that it is no longer effective and I have to get it replaced and I don't know how much of that is the fault of the person versus the equipment. Probably I am not going to be using them again. The scheduling was pretty prompt, all of that, the initial contact and service was all very good. I have no problems with that. They were out in like a week or 2 after the purchase of the big deal and as I recall, that might have to do more with my schedule than with their schedule. Essentially the comment here is that how prompt they were in servicing my request was not an issue. I think that I bought the basic think precisely because I wasn't sure what I would be getting. It was pretty straight forward. They agreed that the basic system should be good enough. I expected the system to last for a pretty long time and it didn't, again I am not sure what the deal was, I don't know if it was the installer, the human being doing the work or the equipment that they deployed. I was hoping for the combination of the 2 things for 350 dollars I was expecting more. The pricing was fine. It did work for 1 year.

It was fine. They were very efficient. They came out and did the job the quickly. They were friendly. Two plumbers came out.

I never could use the coupon for what the deal was for and they just ended up giving me a credit for the job I needed. They were very accommodating. The plumber was great. They got the job done in about 2 hours.

I selected Hope because Jonathan was so thorough in his quote. He was aware that he could not place the tankless water heater where my old heater was without compromising its performance. He explained where he suggested he put it and why. On the day of the installation, he talked through the installation options again because the lines would be going through a storage area. He made sure I was comfortable with everything. I was impressed that they elected to bring the units through the basement door because they did not want to track through the house. After they left, I noticed that the furnace had not kicked on. And there was a smell of gas. So I called Hope and Jonathan came back out. He found the tiny leak and replaced the pipe. By that time, the flood kill switch - which had become wet during the installation - had dried out. So the furnace kicked on. I am pleased with the workmanship, attention to my comfort, and responsiveness of Hope Plumbing.

The service was fine. I had to ask for some extra details for a commode that they installed for me. Apparently there was nothing in the box that tells you how to clean and the size of it. They went to the internet and got the information for me. So they did more than I expected them to. I was well satisfied. I would say good things about them.
