Description of Work: A leak in the hot water pipe under my kitchen sink caused significant damage to the drywall and the floor in my family room. It was necessary to jack hammer a hole in the slab to reach and repair the pipe. Everyone, from the person who first answered the phone, to Robert who came out to assess the situation, to Tim and Derek who did the repairs, was caring and professional. The cost was within the estimate, and everything was left in order. This company will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Replaced a very old cast iron kitchen sink and faucet, with a new cast iron sink and faucet in an old home. This appeared to be a difficult task given limited space and the weight of the sinks, but the plumber and his helper performed the job professionally and without any damage or repairs needed to the existing counter top or back splash.

Description of Work: We were having issues with our relatively new Toto toilet rattling, and Hope (Tim) was the first plumber to agree to look at it. He very clearly explained his recommendations to us and answered all of our questions. He also snaked our bathtub and gave us some tips on how to avoid further clogs as well as address the clogs if/when they occur again, which was very helpful, especially since our home has older plumbing.
