Description of Work: The hot water faucet wasn't working so I bought a service call for $39 for Hope Plumbing which included a $100 credit. I was told before he performed the work that it would cost $389 because he wasn't sure how long it might take. I was putting my house on the market the very next day and had to have the repair done so I didn't have time to compare prices. It took him less than an hour to fix the problem. He also didn't have all the supplies he needed because he was driving a different van than he usually did. He told me where to buy the other pieces I needed and how to install them. After researching I found out that $150 was an average price to INSTALL a faucet and my great price was nearly $400 to get the hot water flowing and I didn't even get the other parts needed to finish the project properly.

Description of Work: They replaced one pipe and disconnected another that had frozen/broken last winter. This was not an urgently needed sink, so I waited until spring to have the work done. They did a great job. There was some confusion as to how to apply the Angie's Deal to this plumbing, but the issue was worked out to the satisfaction of both parties.

Description of Work: We moved into a new condo in June of this year. The condo, although new to us, is approximately 30 years old. There was definitely a lot of hard water damage to the faucets and everything water related. I wanted a water softener installed and had two plumbers and a water softener company tell me there was no where to install it. I called Hope plumbing and Jonathan came to our place and figured out a way to install a water softener into our furnace closet by replacing our old water heater with a tankless one and thus providing room for a water softener. I feel so fortunate that I made one last attempt to figure out a way to have a water softener and feel very fortunate to have found Jonathan. He did a wonderful job of making our condo easier to take care of, no more white vinegar needed here. Thanks, Jonathan.

Description of Work: Cast iron piping had huge cracks and sewage was leaking in crawl space .. They came in and replaced all piping and recommended a company to put down chemicals and enzymes and all new plastic sheeting.. Everything went great. He worked so hard when he left he made sure we had 1 toilet that worked until job was completely done
