Homesense Heating & Cooling is a Broad Ripple based, residential HVAC company. More than great technicians, prompt service, and timely communication, we wish to be known for umatched integrity in HVAC. We understand trust isn't something you can just speak into existing, it has to be proven by actions over time. We believe that once you've experienced working with Homesense, and know the peace of mind that comes from working with a team that you really do trust, you won't call anyone else for your heating and cooling needs. Description of Work: Our heat wasn't working properly and we weren't sure why. Steve came out and checked everything to make sure the heat pump and the thermostat were in working order. It ended up just being the filter that needed to be changed. He changed the filter and have us, first time homeowners, great advice on basic maintenance. We will be setting up a regular service plan with Steve as well. He was so nice and someone I felt I could trust coming in to my home.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner. Provided a range of options at varying price points and explained pros/cons of each. Did not try to up-sell - in fact, suggested one option I was considering was probably beyond what was needed. The installation went smoothly and the installers were friendly and answered all my questions along the way. All in all, a very positive experience, and I won't hesitate to use them again.
