It's going well. Project is not complete yet. Quality of the work is very good thus far. Just waiting for the final few items to be completed!

They did an excellent job. We are very happy with the new. We actually also have a two-year warranty on the home through them which is nice, just in case something goes wrong. After interviewing a few other builders we really felt comfortable with Rick because he seemed to have more experience in building the style and quality of home that we were looking for. We are really loving the home up this point!

We got three quotes for our small old house basement remodel (600 sq ft) and were and were most impressed by Hamilton homes because of their knowledge, friendliness and honesty. He was the only contractor that showed us his subcontractors quotes directly and thoroughly explained what was the largest causes of expense and concern and were and where we could cut costs. We did not end up pursuing the project because all the quotes were above our target and we had unforecasted expenses arise but Hamilton homes was the lowest bid and the one we would've chosen had we gone through with the project. Undoubtedly they will be at the top of our list for future projects.

Rick and Trent were so professional and worked well with our decorator, Jeff Sheats to make the whole project run smoothly. They were prompt, courteous, clean and did beautiful work. They had excellent resources and were just great to work with. We would highly recommend them to build or remodel your home.

He was incredible. They were very responsive. He had an army of estimators here, and the price seemed fair. It was more expensive than we could take on at the time so we did not end up having the work done.

This is a great company. Scott Bowman was always prompt and professional. He arranged for several different contractors (framer, drywall, painter) to come to the house and always arrived on time. He got the job done in a timely fashion.

We have not had one problem what-so-ever. We have never had to call him back. It has been wonderful. He also built my daughters home as well. He is a good quality builder.

Out of all my experience in terms of past new home building, they were the most professional to work with and their quality exceeded my greatest expectations. Everyone who worked with them was of exceptional quality and the pricing was fair. If I ever build a home again I will only use them.

FANTASTIC. NO HORROR STORIES HERE. RICK HAMILTON AND HIS CREW ARE THE MOST CUSTOMER ORIENTED I HAVE EVER MET. HE AND THE PROJECT MANAGER ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE BY PHONE (I WAS CONCERNED THEY DID NOT HAVE A LIFE IN FACT). THEY MEET WITH YOU ON YOUR SCHEDULE: SUNDAY, BEFORE WORK, AFTER WORK, ON THE WAY TO PICKING UP THE KIDS. VERY RESOURCEFUL IN DEALING WITH LITTLE SURPRISES AN 80 YEAR OLD HOME CONJURES UP. DID THE RESEARCH THEN PRESENTED OPTIONS TO US. ACTUALLY MORE EXPENSIVE UP FRONT THAN OTHERS. BUT THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COSTS. HE FORWARDS YOU ALL HIS INVOICES. DOES NOT NICKEL AND DIME ON CHANGES (THE MAIN REASON WE CHOSE HIM AND OTHER CONTRACTORS ADMITTED THAT CHANGES WERE A MAJOR SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR THEM. THE BOTTOM LINE, RAN OVER ABOUT 10K ON A PROJECT THIS SIZE--HONESTLY MOSTLY BECAUSE OF CHANGES WE MADE. ACTUALLY ADDED MUCH TO THE PROJECT AS WE WENT ALONG (FINISHING THE BASEMENT) AND STILL NEARLY ON BUDGET. JUST AN INCREDIBLY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
