They went above and beyond my expectations. They went the extra mile and they were very professional. They did everything to code. I told them that they are now my electric company.

Tech determined the draft inducer fan was bad and quoted about $900 to fix it! Said I 'may as well buy a new furnace' ! This unit is only about 6 years old! I went to Shorty's HVAC supply in West Newton IN and bought a new original equipment motor for about $100. It took all of 30 minutes to intstall myself with simple tools. You can see why I am mad now! These people are thieves!

Received a $69 coupon in the mail for an A/C clean and tune-up, which we thought was a great deal since our A/C had not been cleaned in about 2 years and we had been noticing some problems with cooling efficiency. Called to schedule the appointment, which was almost 2 weeks out. Wish there hadn't been such a long wait, but it appears that A/C clean and tune-ups are not considered as high priority as regular maintenance calls. Regardless, the actual work performed was great. We also learned that we needed to have about 1 gallon of refrigerant replaced, which was done on the spot, and learned that we should be investing in another type of air filter. The worker was very professional in his description of the work and his recommendations. Very pleased with the experience, would hire again.

They have always done good work for me. They did a good job. They were punctual and they called before they arrived to let us know that they were on their way.

I called on Wednesday to make an appt. Friday came around and they cancled on me 30 min before they were supposed to show up! Sorry I found another company same day who understood my situation and came out there. Also the service call was $30 cheaper then quote price! Sorry Goby you lose!

They were able to fit us in, in their schedule. I was not at home when they came and I was able to call and talk to them. They came in the time frame that they told us. They were pretty good and were very informative and explained a lot. They also cleaned up very well and the vents ran a little smoother.

They don't make things up that need to be repaired. They tell you how things are doing and what they would recommend. It's very easy to get appointments with them. They send me reminders in the mail. They are very nice, and they put booties on so they don't mess up your carpet. I have been using them for years.

Scheduled estimate appt same day as I phoned to request. Salesman was on-time, kind, knowledgable, and informative. He explained all of our options and was not pushy. We selected a top of the line system to replace our 13 year old system as it was noisy, inefficient and lacked a humifier / working filter. Installed was scheduled within one week. It took two solid days to complete the installation. Jimmy and Nick were great. They did a wonderful job of answering our questions, fulfilling our requests, and cleaning up after themselves. They had to add PVC lines for the new furnace, work in the attic to add the return vent, and run new lines for the drains and heat pump. The new system is wonderful and quiet. I highly recommend Godby to all.

I'm happy with everything except one of the windows cracked when it got cold before Christmas. I can't get anyone to come out and look at it to replace it. I started calling them the day after Christmas. They keep saying they'll call within 24 hours, but never do. They don't return my calls. I called today and he said he'd make sure someone called me back. The first guy I talked to was Dante Fiore and then he gave me to a guy Mark Neu. Today I talked to a guy who is supposed to be the supervisor, Craig. It can't be that expensive to replace one pane of glass, but they don't even have the decency to call me back. I like the work they did on the house, but if they won't come back and fix this I wouldn't work with them again. I asked for warranties on all the work they did, but I still haven't gotten that back either.

This company was very neat and always cleaned up after themselves. They came when they said that they would. They stuck with the original quote. It only took a couple hours for the work to be done. The work was just so efficient, clean and effective that I would definitely recommend this company.

Our hot water heater bladder broke late one night, and I called for installation service. I spoke to Godby's emergency service and since I didn't need it right then, they would call me in the morning. They called me at 7:30 AM the next day (talk about prompt!), I explained what happened and that I was buying a water heater that afternoon and needed an installer. They said not a problem; just call them as soon as I had the new water heater. (They did offer to bring a new heater, but I wanted to buy one myself.) I called them as soon as I had the water heater and a couple hours later, they sent out Jason Cafouras. He was wonderful! When he arrived at my house he looked at the job and made a material list. He had to leave to get parts, but when he came back he worked quickly. He was very courteous and informative. He worked diligently and efficiently. I think we had a bigger job than he expected, but they stuck with their original quoted price. While the new heater was filling, I had him take a look at a slow drain in our guest bath. We have never figured out how to take the drain plug out, but he got it! He removed the clog (that has been bothering us for almost 2 years!) and didn't charge us! Like I said, Jason was wonderful! We have Godby service almost everything in our house. They take care of our A/C furnace, they installed ceiling fans and ran cable lines, and now we will call them for all of our plumbing issues! If you do call them, make sure to ask for Jason in plumbing he does wonderful work!

Very well. They guy arrived on time, did what he was supposed to do, and was very pleasant. He even wore booties so that he wouldn't track dirt into my home. I really appreciate him doing that. I've been using this company for years, and I'll continue to do so.

In Fall had installed new thermostat (for renewing service contract). Was installed incorrectly and had to come back next day to replace (guy blamed the unit, not installation). First hot day in summer turn on A/C and it doesn't work. Come to find out that 2nd thermostat wasn't working either and different tech figured out installed incorrectly. Kept getting bills from company for service repair even though service tech said I didn't owe money for incorrect installation. Took several phone calls and talking to manager to get the bills to stop coming.

The Godby employee was very cordial and knowledgeable. Our basement drain kept backing up and the basement smelled. He explained to us why it was backing up and what he was going to do to fix the situation. He was neat in his work but did leave just a little residue that we had to clean up ourselves later, but it wasn't really a problem. It's been a few months since the work was done and we still don't have any recurring problems which is great. A different plumbing company snaked a different part of our basement drain a year or so ago and we had to have them come out 2 times within 30 days so we're very pleased with Godby's services.

It was an awesome experience. The technician was professional and explained things very well. They were very timely and even came out within a couple of hours after I called. I had been told I would have to wait 3 days by another company I called. The service was very impressive and it was overall a great experience.

They put in the unit two years ago, and I have had them check it every year since then, and it always goes well. The workers are always neat and friendly as well.

The last thing they did was fix a plumbing issue we had. I will continue to use the company.
