 + -1 moreOver all, all of his subs were old time professionals, friendly, curtious, and did not need daily monitoring. They new what needed to be done and did it with minimal revisions. 1 year after completion Gene has stood 100% behind his work. This is my 2nd spec home. I consider myself a jack of all trades, with a critical eye to doing it the right way the first time. Job well done.
Description of Work: Added master bedroom. Upgraded 1/2 bathroom to full designer bathroom.

 + -1 moreThey did great! He was very attentive to every detail that I wanted done. He consulted me almost daily. He didn't do anything without completely making sure that it was OK with me. His communication skills are excellent. His workers were also very polite and great! I thought it was a very good experience overall, from start to finish.

 + -1 moreGENE WAS NICE WHEN HE CAME OUT TO LOOK OVER THE PROPERTY. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD HAVE SOME NUMBERS FOR ME IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, WHICH SEEMED A LITTLE LENGTHY TO ME. GOING ON 4 WEEKS AND HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. HAVE GONE WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.
