Efficient Systems was founded in 1993 to provide energy efficient lighting solutions to commercial customers. Over the years, the business has grown to include heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing for residential and commercial customers; always with an emphasis on energy efficiency. We're proud to service residential, commercial, and industrial equipment throughout the Indianapolis metro area. Description of Work: We paid Efficient Systems for an overall evaluation of our electrical system needs. they were well represented by the electrician they sent out. He was professional and thorough. I knew of some things that needed to be changed or repaired, he found several more that I didn't know about. The estimated prices of things I wanted done were better than I was anticipating based on other companies prices. We have not yet had the work done, but will definitely be using this company when it is time.

Description of Work: The tech did a full inspection of the house from top to bottom, and then sent me a copy of all the recommendations that he had to bring the house up to code, and prioritized each correction that was needed. This has been very helpful, the house being an older home. As I move forward with their recommendations I will use their company to make all the corrections. Highly recommend.

We're sorry that we couldn't respond quickly enough for you. We try hard to quickly accommodate all requests for service but during busy times, this can be a challenge, especially if there are customers who have purchased an annual maintenance agreement or customers that have a service request for repairs. Both annual maintenance customers and customers needing repairs are prioritized over discounted tune-ups. We understand your frustration and encourage anyone wanting expedited scheduling to purchase an annual maintenance agreement which includes a cooling tune-up in the spring, a heating tune-up in the fall, priority scheduling over non-maintenance agreement customers and a 15% discount on heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing repairs.

Description of Work: The city sewer backed up in my basement flooding my HVAC. I anticipated high cost but they came in and pulled the motor, dried everything out and put it back together. I have two rentals and deal with a lot of contractors and a good many of them are questionable at best. Efficient Systems is honest and will be on my permanent rolodex.
