Description of Work: First received discounted home electrical inspection. The technician was very professional, through and efficient. He answered all my questions and was polite and patient. He recommended several changes to our electrical system and explained why. This company was our second opinion and recommendation based on electrical problems we were having. We elected to go with this company because it was less expensive and they did not recommend changes that were not necessary (previous estimate from other company was outrageous and I later learned that company works off of commission.) Anyway, when the work was done, again, the technician was very professional, efficient, and effective with all his work. He went above and beyond the assigned work to ensure I was happy with the replaced electrical panel and the labeling of the various switches. I would highly recommend this company again.

Description of Work: Outside faucet in back of house was cheap and leaking. Original to 30+ year old house. To replace, required serviceman to get in crawl space. The faucet was simply screwed on to the water pipe. Had it become unscrewed it would have flooded the craw space. Serviceman replaced faucet, properly installing it, and used a faucet that drained back when turned off, protecting it from freezing on the winter. The price was due to a special Angie's list offer, and I was horrified to learn of the original installation, and grateful for the ability to have it fixed at such a reasonable price, as I'm retired and on a fixed income.

Description of Work: Had whole-house humidifier installed on furnace. Duct work & vent piping had to be rerouted and took several hours. Technician arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. Price for the product and amount of man-hours very reasonable. Would definitely use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Inspected the master bath toilet that would run to refill when not in use (another plumber told me there was no problem), and then fixed the problem entirely by replacing an O ring and de-calcifying something. He didn't have the part on his truck because my Mansfield toilet was over 20 years old, but he went to a plumbing supply store and got one. Angie's Deal was great!

Description of Work: First visit inspected my air conditioner per the work order. A few weeks later my air conditioner stopped working off ins on.. I contacted Efficient Systems, they came out again and said nothing was wrong and charged me for the visit. The asked me to buy their current groupon to pay for it which I did. Last week my air conditioning stopped keeping up. It runs all the time but the temp inside rarely goes below 77 degrees unless I shut off the AC and open the windows. I feel ripped off! I want what I paid for & do not want to pay ES again. Very frustrated!
