Description of Work: Showed up on time and did a thorough inspection, ID'ing a number of issues via electrical system inspection and further work to be done. We went through this list, but never got any follow up to complete the additional work. I guess we'll take this list to another provider.

Description of Work: They were to install a new outdoor faucet, but the plumber would not go in crawl space due to physical limitations. They only have the one plumber, they should have advised me that he could not go in crawl space, or there should have been a disclaimer on the deal package stating such. A waste of my time, I had to make arrangements to use the money on another service and I had to hire another contractor to make the installation.

Description of Work: They came out and cleaned and inspected my gas furnace. |I am aware of the old age of my furnace and feel better knowing a professional has looked at it and confirms it is safe to use and will get me through the winter. |The age was only mentioned because I asked how much I need to be saving for when it goes out. There was not a hard sell of a new furnace. I appreciated the honesty and low to no pressure to buy a new unit.
