Description of Work: I had a problem with my electricity in my home. Lights were dimming and the electricity would go completely out of certain areas for lengthy periods of time. I had Efficient Systems come out to see what the problem was. They were able to diagnose the problem as something outside the home, and told me to call the power company because it was most likely something wrong with the electrical connection on the outside of the house. That's exactly what the problem was, and after the power company was notified it was taken care of quickly.

Description of Work: The outside faucet was replaced (using an Angie's List coupon plus an additional $120.00). The plumber ran into some trouble with the old pipes. First, an appropriate sized pipe wasn't available so he had to make a run to the store to purchase parts so he could adapt the pipe. As he twisted the new pipe & faucet on, the inside pipe broke. So he had to make another run to the store. He eventually got it fixed & it seems to be working fine.

Description of Work: Did not repair leak. The technician did not have proper parts on his truck to perform a simple leak repair. He made 2 trips to hardware store looking for parts. I eventually went to my garage and found a part necessary to plug the water line so we would not be without water overnight. He said he would be back to finish the job, after spending all day (noon to 5pm) on the job(including trips to town looking for parts). He never came back. The leak is still present, since the tech broke a small hole in the water line by bending it. I would say the man was incompetent. |
