Description of Work: My husband worked with them, per his experience. They came to fix/replace our hose bib via a Big Deal promotion. They made two visits, 1st to access the situation and provide possibilities (which gave us a chance to still get our refund if there was an issue - the issue was they would have to cut 1 hole in our home to find out if the pipe to the hose bib was threaded or soldered). After we decided we were ok with that issue, the 2nd was to fix/replace the hose bib. | |Promotional cost was $149, however apparently there was an issue with how the hose bib could actually be replaced. It ended up taking the guy longer than expected, with and added unexpected hole now in my home (we have one big one and one little one). We have to replace/fix the holes ourselves, though I will say the guy did an extremely good job on making sure the holes were not unnecessarily large or damaged. He also cleaned up all messes that were caused from the replacement. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and to make sure he got his opinion and approval before completing anything. He stayed incredibly professional and understanding with my husband. | |Our biggest shock/complaint was that after the guy was finished, he requested an EXTRA $250 dollars, on top of the payment received from the Big Deal. He said this was due to parts and unexpected labor time. If this was even a remote possibility, it should have been explained to my husband at the 1st visit, but this was never presented as a factor. In fact, coming out knowing that cutting work would be needed, the labor time should have been included. They ended up settling on paying an extra $100 for the parts and labor, however I honestly feel that it should have just been $50 for extra parts. Though I'm not even sure how extra parts were needed, if they already new they would be doing pipe/replacement work. This is why I have to give a B rating.

Description of Work: I was told by this service providers agent that my system needed freon and purchased a pound of it. But was told if I didn't have a leak as he told me I didn't, then why would I need a pound!!??? And as he left he said that my problem was air flow. A friend of mine in the HVAC business said my system old but working fine!! |"

Description of Work: They serviced my furnace and AC. They were here on time, and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. After servicing the AC and furnace, they went over everything they did ,very friendly but businesslike.

Description of Work: Our breaker box had loose connections to the individual breakers and was causing the main 100 amp breaker to trip. The tech came out after hours and tightened all of the connections. We've had no problems since the service.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my electricity in my home. Lights were dimming and the electricity would go completely out of certain areas for lengthy periods of time. I had Efficient Systems come out to see what the problem was. They were able to diagnose the problem as something outside the home, and told me to call the power company because it was most likely something wrong with the electrical connection on the outside of the house. That's exactly what the problem was, and after the power company was notified it was taken care of quickly.
