Had a power outage on one circuit, which included our home freezer. Phoned Efficient, who sent a polite and efficient serviceman the next day, at almost exactly the appointed time, who did the work, which included installing an additional outlet, quickly and cleanly.

Technician, Rob, arrived right on time. He provided the cleaning and inspection of my 23 year old gas furnace. Unfortunately, cracks and small holes were detected in the heat exchanger, a potentially dangerous situation. Not being eager to face death, we are looking into purchasing a new furnace. Since our furnace was so old, and inefficient, we are looking into one of the newer highly efficient furnaces. Efficient Systems will be one provider we will consider for that service. I will provide another report when, if, and after that installation is completed.

They were to be here at 8 and happened to be early, but did not knock on the door until exactly 8. They were very courteous and I already knew what to expect. They had done their homework, and went through their list, and fixed everything on it. They also made sure everything was up to code. They installed some smoke detectors. I also had some faulty wiring that they repaired. They added some surge protection. I had to replace an outdoor light. We went with one that was better at motion detection and a better light. I even bought a maintenance agreement with them for electrical. They just did excellent work. They were very thorough and clean and any mess they made, they took with them.

They came and did a very nice job. He went through the house and noticed a few things I hadn’t noticed; he said we were in good shape but made a few suggestions. He let us know what an inspector would look for if we were to sell the house, and gave prices for the work. He was very efficient.

Awesome job. Above expectations. Tech from the furnace company called 25 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. He performed a thorough inspection of the heating system, checking heat rise temps, specs on the furnace such as voltage and ohm meter tests on all systems and checked and tuned burners. Furnace was given clean bill of health. I shut the furnace off in the afternoon and went to start it that evening. Furnace would not start. Furnace tech was called and came out the very next morning. He found that the orifice in the burner assembly has a cobweb in it. (This happens on very rare occasions) The tech took care of the problem and the furnace was back up and running. There was no charge for the return visit and I was very happy. The furnace is working like a champ. ***Note to users: It is highly advisable to have the furnace in your home cleaned and inspected yearly. You will avoid costly repairs, breakdowns and excessive wear and tear on the furnace. HVAC Professionals always document their work with a sticker on your furnace. This yearly service actually makes your home more valuable when you go to sell it. A clean and check for $39.00 is an absolute bargain. Grab it while you can!

Dean was waiting in the front of my house when I pulled into the driveway. He was polite and introduced himself to me.

Provider was prompt and did the services per the deal. The electrician provided a list of items to be corrected, but didn't push them on us, which was good. The deal was a little fuzzy - he just cursory attic review and didn't look at light fixtures.

It was great! He found all types of electrical issues that will make things much more efficient and safe. I will have him come back out and fix all of the ground wires that were missing, as well as several other issues that were found. He was very thorough to compare everything against code. I have about $1500 worth of work that needs to be done and corrected so my home is up to code and safe again! Dean was the technician and I liked his attitude and demeanor. He was very knowledgable for his trade. I would recommend their services and will use them in again October!

The service was good. They came the next day after I called. I was especially pleased that they were able to repair the unit compared t o another company who tried to sell me a brand new unit.

They went above and beyond. They found a bad wire behind a wall. They prevented our home from burning down. They have done work in our more recent home. They are punctual, professional, and nice workman to deal with.

The price was reasonable. My son is using him for regular maintenance. They were efficient and able to repair the problem right away compared to another company I called. I am considering them for regular maintenance service.
