The service was great. They were very clear in their explanation of how to do things. We scheduled the appointment for a couple days later. I have used the Rapid Rapid connect program for other Big Deals and it work very well. For this deal though I scheduled the service before purchasing the Big Deal.

It was a very good experience. The technician that came to our home was very professional, clean & answered all of our questions. He wore slippers over his shoes and was very quiet as he did his job. The furnace is now working fine and we have some peace of mind about the shape its in. I was very impressed with our guy and he represented his company very well.

Outstanding service! We received excellent customer service right from the start with an immediate email response to our inquiry and a phone call the following morning to schedule an appointment. James of Efficient Systems, Inc. called 45 minutes in advance to give an ETA. He was punctual, friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable.

It was fine. They came out within a month after I purchased the deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. Of course, there is always room for improvement but by and large everything was safe.

It went very well. The inspector was very nice. Spent a good amount of time here. Sat with us and gave us his assessment at the end. I liked that. Not sure why they inserted their own review. But I agree with their all A's rating they gave themselves. This was a big deal.

It went just fine. There were a few things that the electrician recommended that we have done, we have not decided on those yet but in terms of professionalism, courtesy and promptness, it all went very well. His explanation and his education on the electrical system is what stood out the most. This was a deal so I don’t know about their regular prices.

great. advised on two issues I wasn't aware of. provided advice on how to resolve the issue that made me call. price was a deal for just the inspection so I wasn't expecting him to fix anything. got what I paid for, very satisfied.

The service man recommended we replace a non UL listed Square D breaker in the panel. He also recommended we buy two 120/240 volt home surge protectors at $289 each to be placed at the breaker box. I called the electrical company who wired the house (Burtner) and had them come out to assess the situation. They told me the breaker was completely UL listed ( it was written right on the breaker) and totally met code. Burtner also told me I did not need a surge protector at the breaker boxes. Update: The owner of Efficient Systems called me to identify the reason I was unhappy. He will be supplying me with documentation as to why his service personnel recommended the particular services I outlined above. I was pleased he called me and am more than willing to hear his "side " of the story.

Dean was on time, polite, knowledgeable and very informative.

They answered my questions, looked at the box and made sure that it was not over loaded. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix what he had found. He found ungrounded wires that we did not know about. He looked under the Jacuzzi and checked the wiring. I was really impressed on how thorough he was for the most part. The overall experience was very positive, until we unplugged something, it sparked, and then we had a flame. I am going to call him and let him know that he missed one. The amount of time that he was here, the price was good. I would use them again.
