technician was in the area so they got there very quickly. Found no problem at time of arrival because it was an intermittent problem. turned the furnace off and back on within 15 minutes and charged nearly $300 and told me if it went out again just call back but there would be a similar charge. For that kind of money they should have serviced and cleaned the unit at the very least. It would have been more fair at a substantially lesser charge.

Dean arrived right on time. He did a great job with everything on my to do list. He was very polite and professional. He even put shoe covers on when he came inside. This is the first time I've had to hire an electrician, so I was a little nervous. But it went very well. I will definitely use them again for any future needs!

Cleaned and checked furnace system with Big Deal purchase. Arrived on-time and finished within an hour. Technician adjusted factory settings that were never optimized when initially installed. Several other companies had missed this over the years. Did a great job. Will use again.

excellent. Dean conducted a thorough inspection of the house electrical system from outlets and switches to electrical panel and outside connection. Received a detailed summary of conditions and recommended changes/repairs. When budget allows we will contract with Efficient for follow up work.

They did excellent. I would use them again. They repaired the outlet on the spot and made sure everything else was fine. They were in and out about half an hour. It was good. They did what they were supposed to do. They were on time.

Our smoke alarms starting sounding at 2am on Thanksgiving morning. The smoke alarms are hardwired and we were able to determine that it was the one in the kitchen causing problems. A small amount of water somehow leaked into the detector and it basically blew. We were also having issues with our outdoor outlets. My husband put up the Christmas lights, but unfortunately the outlets weren't working and resetting the circuit breaker didn't work. I looked at deals being offered on Angie's List and found Efficient Systems and purchased their $49 deal. That included a service call and $49 towards repairs. I purchased the deal on Sunday evening and sent the company an email. On Monday morning, I got a call and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. The electrician actually called before his scheduled arrival time and told me he could be there earlier if that worked for me. When he arrived he was very polite and even wore covers over his shoes so he wouldn't track in any dirt. He inspected our problems and explained what he found, what needed fixed and how much it would cost. It was $65 for a new smoke alarm and $65 for a new GFI. He needed to run out for the smoke alarm because he didn't have the correct model. He returned in about an hour to fix both issues. I was very satisfied with the work and would definitely hire Efficient Systems again. The electrician even offered to sweep up the ceiling dust that got on the floor when he replaced the smoke alarm. I told him that wasn't necessary.

The service was great. The guy who came out was fine. I would definitely recommend him. He was very neat, clean and very quiet. He did exactly what we had paid for in the deal. There was no pressure to buy more or anything like that. He suggested a whole house humidifier and gave me a good price on it and wrote it down for me. He was great and was in and out of here in 20 minutes. The price of the service was very fine. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

I wish all service companies were like Efficient Systems. They show up on time and get the job done right.

It went great our furnace went out this company came out very quickly. They fixed the problem at a great price.

It was installed a couple days later and once again Rob showed up at the appointed time. It was wonderful to deal with a company that did what they were suppose to and having two very bad experiences with companies that had an A rating on Angie's List. Plan to have two new furnaces installed this fall and they will be the company to call.

I misunderstood the service and had the Big Deal refunded.

One word - Awesome. From scheduling to the actual delivery of service, Efficiency is THE example of customer service. I would not only use them again, but recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. They are so friendly and professional from the person that takes your call to the person that comes and performs the service. They were on-time and all of the work was performed neatly - their technician actually left no trace behind. So nice.

On Monday evening (11/18/2013) my power was restored. Unfortunately only half of my circuits were working. When I called, after hours no less, the owner of the company picked up the phone. He advised that I contact the electric company to confirm that the problem was not outside. He even gave me the phone number to call at IPL. This would potentially save me an expensive service call. I appreciated that since the first company I contacted wanted to come out to the house right away, at after hour prices. IPL came out and determined that the problem was not theirs and determined I needed to replace the main circuit breaker. Since this involved shutting off the electricity outside I called Efficient back the morning of the 19th. The electrician called and was able to come to my home about 2 hours earlier than planned. He confirmed what IPL said and got the circuit breaker replaced without any problem. If I could give this company a triple A plus I would.

Very weill. The original appointment was scheduled for 3:00PM but the tech- Rob - called me to request a time move-up due to an earlier cancelation.Rob arrived within moments of my arrival and he then proceeded to perform the work, finishing in just under an hour. He provided a fair assessment of the equipment - Good, but not the greatest- and did not pressure me in any way. He simply offered adive. I like that, especially for the Big Deal price. I will have Efficient perform the same work on my own home's furnace.
