The electrician arrived on time. This was a call for an electrical inspection of our house . He gave me a list of things that could be changed/improved and the price for each. He was friendly, thorough, on time and knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy and gave sound advise. Would use the company again.

I called Efficient Systems around 11:30 due to our heat not working. They were able to get someone out that same afternoon. They called providing updates on the time someone would get there. Seth performed the services and he was very friendly. He immediately identified our blower motor was not working. Unfortunately he did not have the part with him, but he made it a priority to come to our house first thing the next morning to fix it (we had the option of paying extra to have it fixed that evening but it was going to be an additional $150). Seth was very professional and helpful. He called as soon as everything was complete to let me know the furnace was working and the house should be heated soon. I would recommend them and use them again!

Was called and notified of arrival time by office. One hour later the plumber called and notified of arrival at a later time, reason was he worked extremely late the previous night. Plumber was not sure on how to re-attach system but I provided him with an original diagram from manual. Was able to attach and now I may have to call him back due to a small leak. Will keep observing to better identify where water leak is coming from. Another plumber came out to try and fix original problem without any success. A third guy came out without any success of fixing the leak. Finally I repaired it myself with a $4.00 part I replaced. so much for ingenuity. .

Our furnace stopped working sometime overnight Jan 6-7, because when we woke in the morning of the 7th the house was 52 degrees F. My wife placed a call to the dispatchers and we were told a tech would be there between 10:30 and 11 am. He arrived at 2:15, but to his defense the roads are absolutely terrible today and I absolutely do not blame the technician Seth for being late whatsoever. He identified the problem very readily, and was happy to instruct me during the repair. He stayed to make sure the system was working, and answered several of our questions regarding the heating and ventilation management of our home not directly related to the problem at hand. We had a good experience with Seth and we are very pleased with Efficient Systems. We'll use them in the future, and we've also recommended them to our realtor. Seth is very knowledgeable and honest.

He did a good job. He did find that we had a leak in our garbage disposal line. He put a bucket under the sink for the dripping and suggested that we replace this. After a week, there was no water in the bucket so not sure that was accurate.

The appointment was scheduled for 0800. Even with fresh snow on the ground and slick driving conditions, I received a phone call from the technician at 0730 telling me he was on his way. He arrived at 0800 with boot covers in hand. He went straight to work and vacuumed out the furnace, adjusted airflow and motor speeds and gas valve. Prior to leaving, he covered what he did and why. Some recommendations were made and followed. All in all a very favorable visit and I would recommend them for this service in the future and we will also ask them for quotes on future projects (AC Replacement).

They came out the same day even though it was between Christmas and New Year's. This was the third place I called. They said it might be late in the day but they were able to come out much earlier. The guy that came out was clean cut, courteous and thorough. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had purchased a deal and it was $125 total. He was here at least and hour and a half. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Had purchased a Big Deal earlier in the fall. Set a date for service. On the day, tech called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. Arrived 1 hour before appt. Took about 40 minutes. Cleaned up well. He was very cheerful and pleasant the entire time.
