The gentleman was very nice and efficient. He left me a written estimate on the smaller portion of the work and told me he would get the estimate on replacing the water heater. About a week and a half later, I called and asked for the rest of the estimate because I felt the service man would have done a good job, but no one ever got back to me. Granted, it was during all this bad weather we've been having with many customers having frozen, broken pipes, etc. I did wait another 2 weeks, but I went with another company that gave me a complete quote. (As far as Efficiency's quote went, it was comparable to Hope's, the company I chose.) The whole job was about $3,000.00. Sorry, Efficiency, but you lost a big job.

efficient systems responded to our Big deal purchase the same day of the purchase and we had an appointment scheduled two days later. the technician arrived on time and was friendly, thorough, and most importantly very helpful. he had a variety of tips to how we could keep our older furnace running smoothly, and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. Our house is warm now.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very nicely. As soon as I get the money saved I probably am going to do all the improvements the guy suggested. I liked the guy very much so we will use that company. He contacted me right away, set it up and came the first convenient time. He pointed out some things that would be wise to take care of that would add several hundred dollars to that. These were all things we figured we would have to do anyway. The price for this service was a bargain.

Representative came to home in company vehicle. Inspected problemed areas and was able to resolve the lighting issues trhoughout the home efficiently. The representative was knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked diligently to complete the tasks in a timely manner. Total price seemed reasonable for repairs. I will definitely employ in the future.

I was very pleased. The electrician was very friendly and professional, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. I will be hiring the company to perform the recommended repairs and improvements.

The guy came out, he seemed to be very professional. He pointed out some things for us. He suggested a surge protector for the whole house. He made a couple of other suggestions that were really like if you want to but it's not necessary. I was happy. I think it was a bargain price.

Things seemed to go fine, but the technician did recommend that I replace my furnace. Two days after the initial repairs, my furnace stopped working again. The technician came back out and made the necessary repairs for no additional charge, which I believe was fair and was very much appreciated. The total cost was $125.00. Replacement of my furnace was imminent, and I did receive a bid from Efficient Systems, but ultimately decided to go with another company. I must say, they were very punctual with scheduling and very responsive to phone calls and emails.

They made an appt to come out the next day and honored the on-line deal. When the first attempt to unclog the drain was unsuccessful the plumber made arrangements to come back the very next morning bringing additional equipment. He was friendly, professional and timely. We were very happy with the services provided.

It went well. They came out within about a week or a week and a half after the deal was purchased. There was an extra charge beyond the big deal amount as they had to replace a shower head. It was about $60. They were on time, quick, efficient and the new part worked. The outcome was good.

Seemed like the estimate was pretty pricey.

It was good. They gave me an estimate and an overview of what needed to be corrected. They were helpful. They were able to work me in the schedule within a couple of weeks, and I had no problems with it. If I needed to hire them I would have no problem doing so. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. They also inspected our garage and they were thorough.

We purchased the Deal out of curiosity, glad we did. Dave Kurtz was very helpful as he explained everything the inspection involved to us. After replacing his wet snow boots with protective slippers, so nice and thoughtful, he started with the main breaker box panel opening and checking every part and piece to make sure it was operating properly and up to code. There was one item that needed attention. He carefully took notes then at the end of inspection noted recommendations. Dave went from room to room, my husband and myself following with great interest if anything was going to be a problem. The hand held tester could gauge each outlet and especially kitchen and bath gfi was of interest because of their location. We ask a lot of questions and Dave was very patient and treated us with great respect. We appreciated the expertise electrical inspection of our home by Mr. Kurtz of Efficient Systems and look forward to doing business with them soon to install surge protection.

The service man, Rob, was prompt and efficient. He showed up on time, went about his work and was very personable.
