I used the Angie's List deal for the 20-pt AC tune up. I was able to schedule the service within a week of buying the deal. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and all services were completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Efficient Systems in the future.

My AC went out over the weekend and I bought one of their $49 deals on AngiesList...I received a call the day I bought the deal (which was a Sunday!) and they fit me in the schedule the next day and had my AC fixed in less than an hour for less than $100! Would definitely use them again!!!

The technician called before he came and arrived as planned. He was efficient going about his work quietly and thoroughly. When finished he presented me with the paper work and left.

I had purchased this home in June and wanted to have several 2 prong outlets changed over to 3 prong. The technician was courteous he went through the house and pointed out a couple of code violations that my inspector had missed. One was and extension cord connecting a switch and light fixture which was a no no, and the cord was also frayed. He also took the time to answer questions about how best to rewire my basement and living room. The livingroom has a switch that operates all 4 outlets. This review was updated. I had had another inspection and I mixed the 2 companies up. It was only after I called Efficient back to set up a repair appointment and he mentioned my review that I realized my mistake. I did not think I had left a review since I was planning to call them for repairs and leave the review for both.

I have a service contract with them. I wouldn't have signed the contract if I didn't like them.

It went great. They fixed the toilet issues and they were on time. They had good communication.

Lightening struck my house and garage taking out my TV and garage door opener, so I bought a deal for a whole house electrical inspection from Efficient Systems for $49.00. Dean walked me through the inspection explaining everything he found and answering my questions. There was no hard sell and he emailed me a list of his recommendations and the cost for each. I considered what on the list I wanted done and called and arranged to have those things done in May. Dean was punctual for both appointments. He performed the services and walked me through what I needed to know about each. He went above and beyond trying to figure out what was wrong with a 3 way switch and determined that it was the internal wiring.

Originally I had just ordered a water heater, but they were able to work with me and schedule a furnace installation as well. They did an initial walk through to make sure the installation would be smooth. They communicated well and were on time. It was a great service and I will use them in the future. I was very pleased with the overall price and work done.

Electrician was very responsive and professional. A written estimate was provided before work was completed. We were very pleased with this service.

The appt. went great. They were able to squeeze me into a busy schedule for a diagnostic appt. so that we would know what was wrong and could set up a true service call when they had time. As it turned out the technician was quick to diagnose the issue, a cut wire, and fixed it during the 30 minute diagnostic appt. for no additional cost. My AC was back up running and quickly got my house cooled back down. I would without a doubt call them back if i have any issues with my HVAC system in the future.

They came out the next day after I called. The customer service was wonderful. They had a quote within a few hours to replace the heat pump. They came out the next day and had us going again. The employees were all very professional. When he finished with the job he made sure to show me everything he had done and also made sure I was happy. I was very happy with the price, service and how promptly they got me up and running again.

This is an organization that knows how to make it easy to do business with them. Had 4 inspections that all were scheduled in the same day. Within a 4 hours span of time had three technicians come and take care of everything - even provided a summary of their services and recommended repairs w/pricing (all electronically) and a bit of customer education all before they walked out the door. No pressure to make any repair decisions - but let me know what I needed to do when I'm ready. Everyone from the appointment setting to the delivery of service was considerate and professional. When I'm ready to pull the trigger on making the suggested repairs, there is no price shopping for me EFFICIENT SYST3MS has my business!!!!

The technician was very personable. He arrived as scheduled and on-time. Our unit passed inspection, and he gave us some tips about how to avoid problems in certain areas moving forward. We appreciated that he was not trying to sell us on services that we did not need or want at the time.

From first contact after I purchased their deal, Efficient Systems addressed all aspects of the appointment efficiently and professionally. Their plumber, Marty?, called ahead, arrived when expected, explained what was needed and completed the toilet repair quickly. Repair work done, he inspected plumbing in my basement, responded to all of my questions and also checked some outside issues at my request. This was a great contractor experience and I plan to use them again.

The service person was clean and professional. He showed clear expert knowledge of home electrical systems and gave very helpful suggestions for safety corrections and updates that my home electrical system needed. Unfortunately, he even found an active mouse nest behind the fuse box and promptly suggested that I do something about it. When his inspection was complete, he have a clear explanation of his assessment and did not apply any pressure for me to get work done by his company with false urgency. As he was leaving I noticed his service van had a flat tire. When I mentioned it to him he said he would just take it up the road to a tire shop to get it fixed. I offered to let him use my air compressor to put air back in the tire which he gladly accepted and then I directed him to a Midas right up the road. In the end we were both grateful for the help we received and the interaction was positive.

The entire experience was amazing. From the thorough quote and layman's explanations to the cheerfulness of the morning arrival call. The crew arrived at 8:30am and departed at 11pm (it was a much larger project than anticipated, however they were cheerful and helpful to the very end of the project!) Would definitely recommend their services for plumbing, heating and cooling! Thanks again for a great job and a outstanding home improvement experience~!

We purchased on offer off Angie's list to have our house inspected because we were told that our dryer outlet was probably bad and we didn't want to ruin our new dryer. After we purchased the offer, they were quick to respond and set up a date for the inspection. He first asked what we were concerned about then proceeded to inspect the whole house. It turned out nothing was wrong with the dryer outlet. I'm so glad we had a good service provider to turn to.

It was fine. They were just very efficient and courteous. They did what they were supposed to do and in a timely manner. They were very polite, very professional, they were fine. There was something that they noted that should eventually be replaced, something that wasn't registering quite in the normal range. But it wasn't anything that had to be done right away, so we decided to wait on it.
