Representative showed up timely. Checked every electrical socket, and electric panel. Was very impressed with knowledge and professionalism. Recommended some possible improvements, but did not shove them down my throat. Will probably use to install electrical items such as ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, and lighting in the garage. Professional all the way. Definitely recommed to anyone!!!

The guy that came out was very professional and friendly, but the person that took the phone call didn't sound especially friendly when I had to reschedule a couple of times due to work. They were a little high on cost, but they were okay. They gave me good recommendations on some upgrades needed to meet codes. I did find, after the fact, that one of my power outlets and the surrounding wall had turned completely black. If it wasn't that way at the time he came, I would have figured they would have seen that coming.

It was pretty good. I looked them up on Angie's List and then I called them and they said they had a deal available. It was the $49 for the service call, and the $49 applied to the actual repair. They actually came on the same day which was great. I was pretty happy with all of that. I think the tech who came out misapplied the coupon that I bought so I ended up paying $20 more than I was supposed to pay. I sent them an email to the Angie's List section but I didn't get a reply. I didn't follow up with them. They didn't respond to my email about the pending question.

It went reasonably well. Some exceptions were found on some of the wirings and some of the wall sockets. Quite frankly those were the things that my son can handle on his own basically. The price quoted was comparable. The service worked well and I?m sure they did a good job but we are not going to continue using them for repairs. I only paid for the deal which was $39 and it was just inspection. Nothing on the inspection turned out to be complicated or critical that they needed professional electrical work. I am not an electrician so if he missed something upon inspection I would not know. But he is personable, pleasant and apparently knowledgeable. So I have no reason not to rate him an ?A?. The price for the inspection is reasonable. It was a pretty good deal. He was on time and as far as I know the quality is good. I have no complaints about his responsiveness. I don?t know if I will use them in the future. The quote they gave me for the repair job and the items that came up during the inspection are somewhat expensive so I might use them and I might not. I might get quotes from other providers first before I decide to use them. But I will consider them.

Efficient Systems did an excellent job of cleaning and servicing my central a/c unit. Even though there was some difficulty working around weather issues they were in communication regarding the schedule appointment and alternative choices. Marty, the technician, was on time and very professional. I will try to request him for each service. They immediately email a report of their findings which is awesome. Marty made some future recommendations and what was really nice was the fact that there were NO scare-tactics to have them done immediately. I will definitely be using them again.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's List for an Air Conditioning Tune-up. The technician was on-time and spent just over an hour working inside and outside the house. He finished by telling me everything looked good.

The man was communicative about his arrival time, and prompt. The inspection was thorough. We discussed several items that may be a concern in the future, but without pressure or up-selling. He did a very thorough job of cleaning and recharging and everything else that was part of the offer, even though many parts of it were, shall we say, less than convenient.

This was a two day project. They were very courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was completed and everything was cleaned up before they left.

The service provider was prompt and did a thorough job of checking our AC system. We had Efficient Systems check our aging furnace 2 years ago through another Angie's List Deal, and ended up having them install a new furnace. We were impressed at that time, and now, that they gave us the information but didn't try to sell us on a new furnace/AC. Our furnace was over 20 years old and "in good shape" for its age, but we decided at that time to get estimates to replace before winter (which turned out to be a bitterly cold one). Our AC is not as old, and is in good shape, per Efficient Systems. We are impressed with them and intend to go to them for all HVAC work in the future.

Second time we have used Efficient Systems - they did our furnace check last fall. Booked both through Angies List Deal, and each time their response was within 24 hours. Excellent communications, able to schedule quickly and had same service tech which was nice. He arrived promptly on schedule and very efficiently checked our AC system. Also showed me the stats they maintain as the tech enters all data on a tablet. Then if there are problems in the future they have an accurate benchmark to assist in diagnosing the problem. Have nothing but praise for this company and will not hesitate to call them if we have a problem with heating or cooling.

I used the Angie's List deal for the 20-pt AC tune up. I was able to schedule the service within a week of buying the deal. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and all services were completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Efficient Systems in the future.

Went great! Air is fixed, thankfully. The service guy that came out (Tom) was superb - explained everything in full detail and helped me understand the issue. He worked hard in the heat and was able to get my air fixed. The service call was $75 and then it ended up being an additional $149 to correct the problem. All in all, great service. I will be contact Efficient Systems for any future heating/ac/plumbing issues.

Very nice professional. Worked for about two hours in the heat. Had it fixed befor he left would definitely use again.
