It went great. They were very professional. They didn't find anything wrong that needed to be done at that time.

The electrician was friendly, showed up on time, thoroughly explained our options and what he'd be working on, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. I appreciated how easy the process was and would recommend Efficient Systems to friends.

This was an Angie's list special that was offered and which I bought. I called for a date, and on that day the installer showed up about 8:30 after calling to tell me he was on the way. The old hose tap had only a small tab that had broken off, and was too close to the brick wall to put a new handle on, so I was reduced to using channel lock pliers to turn it on and off. When the plumber got here we looked at the tap and then went to the basement to see the run of the supply pipe, and the location of the whole-house shutoff. We talked about what I wanted where, and then he got busy and I went about my own work. I think he was there about an hour and a half. He showed me what he had done and that was it. I now have a tap that I can use without having to go find my big channel locks. A vast improvement. I was impressed with the installer. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He seemed like he'd be a good neighbor

Gentleman came to the house and looked at the AC unit and furnace after I was told that all of the equipment needed replaced. He patiently showed me all tests he did and we looked at the furnace and AC unit together. He found nothing wrong with either furnace or the AC unit. The price was $90.00 which I felt was too high as I had paid for the $49 HVAC service call through Angies list. He was here for about 1 hour.

The service man had to reschedule but called a day ahead to inform me of the change which presented no problem. Arrived early on the rescheduled date and performed his work in an very efficient manner. Answered all the questions I had about various activities. Very professional.

Dean showed up before the scheduled time which was a plus so he started early. He checked the panel, determined there was a faulty GFI outlet in the garage and performed a check of every outlet in the home. He did find a few minor issues. He also provided options for a whole house surge protector stated that since the GFI was gone it might be something to consider. He didn't do a hard sell on it but I had thought of one previously and went ahead with the purchase. Installation only took about 20 minutes. One item he noticed was that the hard wired smoke detectors were over 10 years old and recommended replacement of every one in the house. Said it could be done later but he did offer one free if bought ones for the rest of the house. Everything was done in a timely maner and he was very professional and friendly. First time using the company but was impressed with Dean and his knowledge which was helpful in explaining things to me. Overall very impressed and will use them again in the future as needed.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Experienced a stock issue and they upgraded our system at no cost to stay on schedule. Experienced an installation issue that was handled as quickly as possible and in a fair manner (new control board required). Installation crew was VERY nice and made my wife and kids feel safe with them in the house. This is extremely important to me. Extremely well. I was given a window of time that the technician would arrive the day prior and the morning of service, I was called again with a more exact time. Technician arrived on schedule, was very professional, informative, and efficient. Once the new shutoff was installed, the unit worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The inspector showed up within the expected time frame and was extremely polite and professional. He also gave very useful recommendations on common things to look for and do in lightning damage scenarios such as mine. I would definitely use this provider again.

He said that the can light was fine and that it was wired properly. He said that the outdoor GFI outlet was not resetting properly and that it should be replaced, so I told him to replace it. He was very professional and I believe he did a good job. I would hire him again. However, my wife and I decided that we did not want to get home surge protection or new smoke detectors. Our detectors were installed in 2003 when our house was built. He said that they should be replaced every ten years. This is from his work order: Checked outside gfci plug. It was tripped and after resetting it its gfci portion does not work. GFCI plug was replaced. Checked can light over island. Found all connections to be good and bulb was bad. CFL bulbs are being used. Recommended LED light bulbs. Also home surge protection is recommended. Surge protection ranges from $289 to $389. Smoke detectors are $65. We can do 6 for the price of 5 at $325. Work Done 08/12/15

He came to the house and fixed our problem very quickly. Told us what we can do if something should not be corrected. Will send all my friends to them and enjoyed working with them! Steve is awesome great customer service!

Went well. I was worried the technician would try to upsell me on new services but he was fair, said there were no major problems and made a few suggestions for the future.

They were fine. They were good. Price-wise, they didn't do anything beyond the special offer. They didn't try to sell us anything more.
