Great. Rick called first to let me know he was on his way. He even arrived a little earlier than indicated. He was very friendly & informative. He cleaned & inspected the furnace as per the deal.

Efficient Systems provided a seasonal furnace tune up and cleaning which I was very happy with; but when I called with a follow up question, no one returned my call. I called again three days later and once again did not receive a return call. This is the reason for my "C" ranking in the responsiveness and professionalism categories.

Person was on time & performed the work quickly. He kept me informed of what he was doing & did an excellent job!

Angie's list deal said I would be contacted by 10/20/15 regarding the purchased deal. I was promptly called on 10/19/15 and talked with Steve Duncan. He was very professional and informative and set up a timely appointment for the electrician to come to the house. Mark arrived at the quoted time. He also was very professional, informative, and considerate. He did an excellent job in installing the lighting and answering any questions we had. He also did a great job in cleaning the area where the work was done. We would definitely hire Efficient Systems for any work needed in the future.

The provider was prompt, (calling 15 min before arriving). He was pleasant, professional and my husband said he was even ok with our dogs. My son was still sleeping (night shift at Kroger's), and since the problem was in his room, he had to be woke up. That was not pleasant , lol, but it just all went so good, we will def keep Efficient Systems on our team.

Furnace blower wouldn't kick on. Steve called me back after I had a pretty good diagnosis of the problem. He ordered the part and scheduled the repair. Tom showed up early, went right to work and made the repair within an hour. A little pricey compared to the cost of the actual part and the time to make the repair but don't feel like I was pressured to buy a new unit. Their price quote was much less than the company that correctly diagnosed the issue. Will use them for my future HVAC needs.

Repair was more difficult than expected, and couldn't be completed from the outside of the house. Technician had to cut a hole in the ceiling of the finished basement in order to access the water line and repair the exterior faucet. Faucet is now repaired and works as needed, but I have a hole in the ceiling of my basement that I have to repair on my own.....

I bought the deal online at angieslist and got email immediately to schedule the service call. The guy came on time and tune up the furnace. Overall a great experience. I'd love to use this service again in future.

Rick called to ask if he could show up a few minutes before the 2-4 PM service window and that was fine with me. There were no surprises and now that everything is cleaned and properly tighened up, there are no more squeaks and rattles. I will definitely be calling them again for future service needs.

They told me the issue was the flapper and then didn't replace because their Universal Flapper didn't fit my Eljer Titan Toilet. Plumber told me to go to Menards and to get my money back from the Angies's List Big Deal. The Plumber did not take off his shoes or put disposable booties on over his boots. He also placed the top of the toilet tank on the bathroom counter top. I cannot see myself ever using them again.

Really easy. Bought a big deal. Called them. they called back the next day, we scheduled it for yesterday. They said they would be there between 10 and noon. He got there right at 10 and left by noon. Very nice and courteous.

We bought the deal to replace an outdoor faucet for $149. Efficient Systems was very professional and performed the work exactly as quoted and more. Upon arriving I was informed that the outdoor faucet in the front of the house would take more effort than was expected as my basement ceiling would have to be removed. The backyard faucet was also need of replacing, so Efficient Systems replaced that faucet instead. Before leaving, he made a repair to the faucet in the front to reduce the leak we were experiencing. Addtionally, he arrived at the beginning of the two-hour window that was scheduled. I recommend Efficient Systems and this deal. They were prompt, used quality parts, and performed above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

The serviceman arrived on time and completed the inspection in approximately one hour. The serviceman was professional and explained to me all that he would do. System checked out fine! Would definitely use again.

.Tom showed up and checked out the cooling plant outside in the heat. He cleaned off the "vents" where the air comes in and told me to keep them. He gave me complete assurance of my cooling plant's performance and viability. I got peace of mind...and Tom got a thank you and a glass of ice water.

They were professional, punctual, and priced well. They arrived and completed the job in a timely fashion. Two thumbs up.

It would have been nice to have had a senior discount as it was a bit pricey.

The contractor arrived on time and I showed him the faucet, the crawl space for access to the faucet, and the street shut off. The contractor was friendly and proceeded to begin the work. After an hour, the contractor reported that he needed a second helper to work outside while he was in the crawl space. Without the second helper, he would be moving back and forth all morning from crawl space to outside, and he was not going to do that. The Angie's List deal was for $149 to replace the outside faucet. I responded to a similar deal this past year and replaced an outdoor faucet in the back of my house with great results. I was told that the work could not be performed today and that I would have to reschedule. Because a second helper was needed, I would need to pay an additional $149, to total $298 for the replacement. I am disappointed and want to know what recourse do I have now that I have already paid the initial $149. The contractor said that I could request a refund from his office, but want to wait to see if Efficient Systems would agree to correct the situation. UPDATE: No response from contractor. I cancelled the service through the assistance of an Angie's List representative, who helped me process the credit to my account and find another contractor to do the job.
