Was supposed to clean furnace. Said he did. Had another contractor out within a week who showed me how the furnace wasn't touched. Still dirty.

Plumber called ahead and was prompt in arrival. Before it was difficult to turn off water, no much easier to do.

Had them give an estimate for an outdoor Weatherford faucet. Free estimate. However they wanted $310 to do it. I went and bought a Wearherford and put it in and cost me $47.00 for faucet and all parts.

No work was done. The plumber told me that my access to the crawl space was too small. The home was built is 1960 and many people have worked in my crawl space and have never been told that it is too small. Also, the plumber left my gate open and I had to spend a half hour looking for my dogs.

See above. I don't anticipate using the service again as I don't see any value there. They were timely and the customer service was good. If you are looking for a furnace inspection, then I don't have any reasons not to use this company.

Explained what work would need to be done and did work. Also looked at another area and offered suggestions.

Doro tide plumber was on time and very professional. He explain all that he would do to complete the job. He did excellent work.

Very well. Looked into where it comes into the house and it was behind dining room wall. He needed to cut into the wall to find it and it was very well done.

The repairman arrived promptly in the scheduled window. He got right to work, inspecting the area outside where the faucet was to be replaced and the area in the basement where he would need access to cut and install the faucet in the pipe. He assisted me in moving items out of our utility room to allow him to use the ladder. He even brought a bucket and blanket to cover the items on our storage shelves from getting wet when the pipe was cut. He worked quickly and independently leaving me free to attend to another item I was dealing with. He tested the line for leaks after he was finished and secured the faucet in the wall outside. He took the time to explain the model he installed and informed me that they use a brand that is manufactured in the USA and had interchangeable and serviceable parts (seals, valve) in the event far in the future should we have a problem. He asked if we had questions and after signing the work order electronically, he was on his way to his next job, leaving us repaired, dry, and happy with the service we received.

On time. Courteous and quick.

Went well. The toilet tune up fixed some problems we were having with our toilet. Before the repair we had to hold the handle down to get the toilet to flush all the way and sometimes it would run if you didn't jiggle the handle. Our repair man replaced the handle and korky flapper. Now the toilet works much, much better! We were also given an estimate to install a Reverse Osmosis Aquasana water filter and talked about a future water softener and whole house water filter.

Was on time, had to leave to get a part, but returned promptly and completed the job effectively, offered and performed an inspection , gave very helpful advice.

It went great! The inspector was courteous, punctual and professional. He took the extra time to make sure that I understood all the issues. He even advised me on how I could save money on my electrical bills. I received the original estimate electronically within a couple of days. When I asked to add minor items, it was not a problem. He came back to my home to discuss them. The estimate was finalized while he was here. The actual work is schedule to be done soon.

Rick was on time, professional, got right to the inspection. He was helpful and efficient.

Tech was early rather than late :-). Friendly, he checked the furnace or defects and efficiency. I used this company last year and was very satisfied. Will use again every year.

Rick arrived few minutes before the appointment time, for which I am very glad! :-) He explained the reason the furnace needed a certain part and why. He checked with the main office on the cost of the part and notified me of the price.

Was very prompt, came and checked the furnace in a professional and timely manner and left .
