I purchased the annual inspection from Angie's List, and contacted Efficient Systems via email to set up an appointment. I was contacted the next day, and a day was set for the inspection. At the inspection, Rick ordered a new Inducer motor, and came back the next week to install. I ended up purchasing the annual service contract, which gets us priority service, in case we ever have a problem, and a percentage off of future products. They will come out in the spring for the air conditioner service, as covered in their service agreement. Overall, good communication and good service.

Installation of new furnace and AC systems. Ours went out unexpectedly and we were able to depend on E.S. to come through by helping us through some cold nights until we could get a new system put in. They've also helped us in the past for Plumbing and electrical and we will definitely use them moving forward. Good company and they do business the right way. Its worth the money to have someone dependable.

Honest good work. Spoke to the owner Sean, a 48 yr old engineer who is a st. shooter. I liked them so much I had them install a new furnace today on a 'Big Deal.' Another Co. quoted the same work $400 higher. They came down when I showed them the' Big Deal.'

The plumber showed up on time and was very friendly, accommodating, and thorough. The problem was repaired quickly and he even asked if there were any othe plumbing issues he could resolve. This offer was impressive and appreciated because I paid a flat rate and any added service would not have added to his fee.

Purchased a deal from Efficient Systems for an electrical inspection of my home. Was contacted by the provider that they would be here Monday Jan 11th between 10-12. Got a call at 11:50 saying they could not get there they had to deal with a power outage and could I reschedule for Friday Jan 15th 9-10am. I waited and nothing, was not contacted and wasted another hour waiting for this company. Wonder what they would have charged me if I made one of their Tech's wait 3 hours. Very poor customer service. Avoid!!! After submitting my review I was immediately contacted by the owner of this company. He admitted that his company had let me down and that there was no excuse but he wanted to make things right. I was impressed he took the time to contact me and made an offer to amend his company's slip up. They are now scheduled to complete the inspection on Thursday, free of charge. I expect the service to go well and once it has been completed I will offer a final review. Technician arrived at the scheduled time and performed an electrical inspection of my home. Technician was very professional and very informative. After a less than stellar start this company made good and I would definitely use them again.

We just bought a new home Thanksgiving weekend. I knew immediately that I wanted to get rid of the old, gross lights in the laundry room and basement. I contacted Efficient Systems through Angie's List- Mark came out in the evening (which was the only time we were available) to inspect and evaluate our needs. This was probably a Wednesday or Thursday. We then scheduled the installation for Tuesday. My husband was home as he worked. He even cleaned up the floor/area when he was done. And he showed my husband how to cover up the old lighting holes with the ceiling pieces he removed.

Water heating leaking on 10/16. Called and tech was able to come out and install in about 2 hours. Rick was very courteous and professional. Did great job. Rick came back on 10/26 for appointment I had made to get the furnace tuned up and cleaned. Rick said everything was good.

Excellently????.found deficient electrical smoke/fire detectors, loose outlets, and found out that our system was in pretty good shape otherwise. Dean, our technician, was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the survey and what he found. I definitely would recommend Efficient Systems and will use them, myself, in the future.

Checked the toilet in question and diagnosed a calcium buildup.

I got home to realize it was chilly in the house, and the furnace was blowing cold air. It was already past 5 pm at that point. My call for service was returned promptly, even after hours. We were able to wait until the next day for service. The technician was prompt and courteous. He fixed the problem quickly and I was charged a very fair price. I will definitely call them for future service needs.

I was very happy with the work done for me. The 2 electricians worked all day & even skipped their lunch so that all the work could be finished that day. All work issues were addressed and only 1 wasn't resolved that day. When diagnosing a problem with the kitchen fan, they found the problem was simply a fuse. But, it's a special fuse and we were not able to find one that day. The fan needs to be removed, the fuse put inside the fan assembly and then the fan put back, so this is something that I want them to take care of for me. They were on time, professional and even fun to be around. They cleaned up after themselves and were respective of my home and belongings. I am putting together another list of issues for them (including the fuse issue - I found it!) I definitely recommend Efficient Systems for any type of electrical repair or upgrade.

Called me up and he told me it would be $70 to come out and take a look. I asked him if I could bring it to him and he said no.
