Awesome, Zach was very professional he went above and beyond to insure he got the clog even snaking drain in all directions. The toilet is a part of an addition so the piping isn't easy to access. He got in my crawl space and fully investigated the problem. He went and purchased the best drano specific to copper pipes and left it for me. I would highly recommend this company.

It went great. The poor man had to wiggle and twist his way through a small access door to my crawl space that not only had a pipe in the way, it also had a heat vent. He was cheerful and upbeat the whole time, and helped make me feel not so bad about how hard it was to get through that access door. His work was excellent!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Efficient Systems. The electrician, Mark, was fantastic. I called on a Monday afternoon and scheduled a quote for 9am on Tuesday morning. Mark was right on time, gave me the quote, I accepted, and he went and got supplies and came back to start the work by 11am on Tuesday. All work was completed by Wednesday afternoon and for $1000 less than the other quote I received. Mark was very respectful of my property and home and worked really hard to get everything done quickly and cleanly. I waited until the hot tub was installed to write this review because I wanted to make sure that the electrical worked, and it did!

First off, Steve the owner was outstanding to deal with over the phone on scheduling. Our initial conversation really felt genuine and he answered all my questions. I had purchased a service call / inspection deal of $49.00 + a $49.00 credit toward repairs. Dean was the tech who came out and I requested him for the repairs too. He was, without question, one of the nicest and most professional service people I've ever dealt with. When he was at the house the first time I asked him to list the repairs in order of importance so I could budget appropriately. He was more than willing to do just that. He actually arrived early for the appointment which was fine. I hated that I had to reschedule because the original date was sunny and warm and the actual date poured rain. Dean took the time to explain everything that he was doing and even took some money off the estimate because the job didn't require as much as first thought. I would absolutely recommend Efficient Systems for your work. They lived up to their reputation and reviews and I'll use them again.

Very well! Actually called before arriving and arrived early, which rarely ever happens, so A+. Took little time to install, quoted other possible necessary work before starting, which was appreciated.

It went very well. They were on time, courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family members. I'm giving them a B, because they leaked a lot of water out of the counter. I've had a plumber before who did that, but it's not really a big deal. I just had to clean up the mess when he got done.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for a spigot replacement. We a're happy with that. We sprung a leak later that day inside our house. The provider responded quickly and got us an estimate for of $240 to replace the leaky valve and tentatively scheduled for two days out. We tried a few things ourselves to avoid additional cost. Tightening a nut seems to have done the trick. The provider was very responsive and in our original review citing disappointment, they immediately called to make things right.

He came back out and I still do not understand. Right after he left the toilet is still not flushing correctly. He stated that he had to replace a tubing in order for it to flush correctly. In the kitchen he stated that I had to replace my faucet but it is only 2 years old. When he came out the second time he had to bring out a new faucet with a sprayer. I spoke with owner and he informed me that he would take care of the opening. The worker came back out and capped the opening instead of putting something in its place. They informed me that I would have to pay $75.00 to install a soap dispenser. I informed them that I would purchase the soap dispenser but I do not think it is right for me to pay again for installation. They had to come out three different times to get the project corrected. I was confused because he should have corrected the toilet during the first visit. He also took my old faucet with him which I did not like. I would not use them again.

They performed a furnace inspection and did a super job. I had them come out to see why our bills were so high. The owner came and did lots of work, measuring every room etc., but just never got back to us. It may be that I didn't want to invest a lot as we are moving within a few years, but I'm not sure.

Zach spent about an hour servicing, cleaning and tuning up my furnace. He explained everything to me and was very professional and thorough. I also had interaction with others from the company and was very impressed with their professionalism.

They did a great job. It was something real simple. They came out and did their thing. They were in and out in half hour. I had no complaints about the company at all or the guy that came. He didn't talk much. He did his thing and left. There were no issues. I didn't pay anything more.

It was like any other furnace cleaning, the technician was nice and did a quick through job.

They were awesome the first time around so I bought the same deal again. Same electrician came out and, again, quickly identified the issue and fixed it within 20 minutes. Terrific. Will call them again for any future issues.

See above. I do not want to give this provider a bad review. The front office was excellent and tried to work with me, and in the end, refunded all my money. I don't know what happened once I gave the feedback. I just think they have a 'bad apple'.

The first visit was from a tech that was not a plumber, and he didn't have the equipment needed to shut the water off at the street, even though he knew the job was replacing a main shut off valve. The follow up visit was a whole week later, and that time the same tech came, but didn't have a pipe cutter that could be maneuvered in the space where the cut needed to be made (even though he had already been there once and knew exactly what the work would entail). I had to supply a bucket, my own reciprocating saw, and a hack saw in order for him to get the job done, and even then he didn't get the fitting seated correctly on the first try and got water everywhere when he turned the water back on. And this was one of the Sharkbite push on fittings that are supposed to be idiot-proof. I would not use this vendor again.

They were great! Professionalism and left my condo in the condition it was in before they arrived.

Inspected outlets and checked light in crawl space. Detailed estimate for upgrades of kitchen outlets, further analyses of two areas showing power drop, additional surge.protectors for the two main circuit breaker boxes, installation of wired smoke alarms.. I learned a lot from this inspection.

The three gentlemen were a little late for the appointment, but it was a snowy day and the traffic was horrible that morning. They called to tell me what was going on and I was their first call of the day, I was fine with them being late and wanted them to be safe with the driving conditions being bad. When they did show up and assessed my HVAC, they patiently answered all my questions and gave me what I thought was a fair recommendation. We decided to go with the higher package and were very happy that we did. We believe we will have a much more efficiently running system now. My dryer is already running better, too.
