The air conditioning was not working well, he added the Freon and it has worked much better since then. The guy was great. He was cordial. He said that because the Freon was so low there could be a leak in the system, I said I couldn’t afford doing that, he said give it a couple of months and if you start feeling like the air conditioner is not working effectively you really need to have it checked. He didn’t pushed me at all to do more than I needed and told me what the next thing that would need to happen in order to correct the problem. I appreciated that. They were very honest. The price was reasonable.

It went well, the service technician was polite and he completed the job timely. He recommended that I replace the filter, and he didn't push for any other services.

They were very accommodating. They came out at 7am on a Monday to check it out and then set up an appointment to fix it. A representative came out to fix it and he was very professional and great to work with. Three weeks later we had another problem and that same representative came out to diagnose the problem and fix it. He didn't even charge me anything for the second appointment. They were just very responsive and fantastic to work with!

We purchased the deal for the furnace when our 13 years old furnace quit on us. All the steps went smoothly. Purchased the deal, contacted them about it. They came and installed the furnace is March 2017. Had some initial hiccups but they were able to address the same. Great service !!!

The serviceman came on time. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it no time. He was very professional and thorough in his work. Highly recommended.

The service did not turn out all that well value-wise. It was determined that all I needed was to replace the hose adapters on my outdoor faucets. I was unable to get a part of the hose adapter off and he got the old one off for me. He did that for another faucet and he told me that I needed to go the hardware store to buy new hose adapters which I had done and installed myself and for that, I paid $149. They were hired to replace an outdoor faucet and they did not do that. They simply removed an old adapter part on two outdoor faucets with a plumber’s wrench, told me what to do about the problem, and then left. The value received was far below what I paid. It took a long time between the time I ordered the service and when they came. It was almost at least three weeks. They arrived on time.

He had to crawl in the crawlspace to accomplish this. He was very neat and very timely. I greatly appreciated his services!

Sean came out the next day as originally scheduled and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. In addition to completing the 20 point tune up, he replaced the capacitor to get it up and running again for an additional cost of $108.97. He was also able to show me the before and after-cleaning amperage load to demonstrate how much harder the system has to work and how much additional electricity is used when the unit is not regularly serviced. The difference was quite significant. It had not been serviced for six years.

I sent an email and booked the appointment and then I called the next day. They confirmed they would come out to service my air conditioning unit and then they did not show up for the appointment or call to say they were not coming. They were a no-call, no- show. I can't believe they have an A rating.

Rick was probably the nicest plumber I have ever worked with. He was honest and forthright. Unfortunately I couldn't use the deal since replacing the hose bib would entail tearing out drywall in my dining room. This is because the way my house was built. and it is on a slab. I would use Efficient Systems-Heat|Cool|Electrical|Plumbing again and recommend their service.

Fast and Efficient. Would use them again if needed.

The tech arrived and worked on the unit and didn't really seem to know the exact problem with the unit. The owner Sean came to my home on June 2nd and told me he would write an estimate of the cost to get a new unit installed and have it emailed it to me by Monday, June 6th and as of today (June 15th) I have not received the estimate. I spoke to Sean on Tuesday, June 7th to request my receipt and to let him know that the tech had not completed the work and he stated that Steve (Scheduling Dept.) would call me the next day to set up a meeting day/time for the tech to return to finish the job. I have never heard from Steve or Sean and I have called the company several times to request a call and an appointment. Prior to the tech coming to my home on Tuesday, May 31st I had heat to the unit, now the tech has informed me that I have no heat or air which the tech needs to restore since I had heat prior to him servicing the unit. The company has been unprofessional, unreliable, and inefficient in every area of customer service. I will never recommend this company to any one.

Excellent company will definitely use them again! Steve schedules the appointments and he is wonderful to work with. I even called his number but decided not to leave a message and a few hrs later he called because he saw my number on caller ID to see what I may need. Ricky was the technician that did the work and he is outstanding. He called beforehand to let me know how far away he was and he arrived on time. Ricky is completely professional, competent and trustworthy. He first replaced the leaking turn-off valve with a ball valve. Then he went and tested the air-conditioner unit. He found that everything was within spec. Last year the capacitor was suggested that it may need to be replaced but Ricky found everything to be working correctly so I didn't need to replace the capacitor at this time. They email you a report of their findings which is very helpful. I will definitely use them in the future!

Purchased a special offer through Angies List. The technician, Rick Whitmyer, was very professional and did a great job. He was very pleasant even under trying circumstances dealing with my large, cramped crawl space to make the replacement. I trust all of their technicians are as good as Rick and I will definitely use them again.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM. The technician called me at 9:45 and said he was running late and wouldn't be able to be here for another 30 to 45 minutes. I advised that I was unable to stay at the house and requested that I be rescheduled at the end of the day. He said he would call the office to request that. I waited for a while and when I heard nothing from the office, I called them. When I described my situation to the office personnel they asked if I was a customer. I had an appointment scheduled, so I would assume I was a customer but that must not be their assumption. That person said they would need to relay the message to the dispatcher. I said if the dispatcher could email the time for later today, I would appreciate it. Upon returning home I had an email from the dispatcher stating "We are booked up through the end of the month. Give me a call". Upon calling the dispatcher, Steve Duncan, he was extremely rude and said "didn't you get my email." When I explained my request was to put me at the end of the day since I had dropped out of line for the morning, he became even more terse. When I said I wanted my money returned for the special purchase I had made, he said "Well call Angie's and they will refund your money". Once again the technician was very courteous and obviously thought he was supposed to be at my house at 10:00, as he called me 15 minutes prior. I very impressed up to that point. The office personnel however were very rude and unaccommodating. Although this was a purchase of a special I believed there is more work that needed to be done at an additional price and informed the office when I scheduled the initial appointment. My advise - stay away from Efficient Systems.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon that covered a home visit by the provider. Any additional work would incur an additional charge. The problem with my outlet only required flicking and switch. I was charged $40 for this additional "work". The practice of Efficient Electric in this instance is an abuse and deceiving as to the whole principle of buying a coupon on Angie's List. I didn't need to buy the coupon. The provider only used the coupon as an avenue to make an appearance to levy and additional charge. The provider's interpretation of "work" is not very professional and indeed deceptive.

It went well. The price was equal to others. They were fine.

I had them to work on a security light in the back. I suppose it worked. I have one on each end of the house. The one that they fixed didn't work like the one on the other end but they told me that's the way they're supposed to work. He didn't replace the whole thing, he replaced the sensor. Maybe they've changed throughout the years because I've been living in this house for 30 years. When I woke up early in the morning when it was dark outside, the lights were constantly on and off. Maybe it was the traffic doing that because we're close to a motor road. I wanted it to work at night and it does, so I don't really mind. The man who came out to do it was nice, prompt and accommodating. He explained everything. I thought the cost was a bit on the higher end because I looked up prices of sensors online and they're around the $20 range. I did have a little trouble getting him to come out. I remember calling them and they didn't come. I called them again and the person who answered was the one responsible for the appointments. He said he had forgotten to put it down.

I purchased the Big Deal to get my A/C tuned up. The technician, Zach, provided me with a courtesy call, which I appreciated. He showed up on time and did a good job of explaining how my system was running. I was impressed that I was immediately emailed reports for the service. He also provided some advice on keeping my system running smoothly between service calls. I would highly recommend this company.

I got a very personable gentleman named Rick, who had been at the company not quite a year. I did ask for someone with experience, as I didn't want someone who disconnected things as happened at the last company I used! All went well. Rick provided print outs of the exact levels of function for various aspects of the unit for each property, which was nice. The price was right, for this service and I would consider using them again for sure.

The service technician was prompt, quick, and professional. He explained the diagnostics when he was finished and assured us that the unit was working just fine and didn't need anything extra. We would use this company for future tune-ups or service calls.

This young guy came out and dismantled the faucet. He took a look at it and said I really didn't need to do the work. He arrived on time. His truck and equipment looked good. He said he was not going to charge because I didn't need it done. He has now earned my trust in him and his company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Rick did a great job with the work that needed done. My only complaint is the wait time---I had to wait 8 days for a plumber to do the work.

We had a carbon monoxide leak and our gas was shut off. This was when it was getting down into the 20s at night. A technician came out to give us an estimate for installing a chimney liner so we could get our heat back on. We were told we would be emailed the next with an estimate with work to start asap. Nothing the next day, or the next. It has been over two weeks and I have yet to hear back from this company. I called twice after the technician came out. Frustrated I tried to tackle the job myself and found that we didn't even need a flu liner. the technician completely misdiagnosed the problem. The area of the chimney where the furnace exhausts into was clogged with brick dust. I was able to take care of this myself in about 2hrs. I don't know what the technician did but he clearly didn't take the time to diagnose the situation well. Our family was out of heat for over a week, and they didn't even have the decency to make a phone call. But at least I know what level of work to expect and can warn others to avoid.
