At the time I thought they did a great job and i got a good deal. Shortly after I was informed the furnace did not actually fit the space causing filters to get jammed in and makes changing them very difficult. During the install no one mentioned this to me. I figured it was one mistake until earlier this year I had a leak in one of the pipes. I called a different company that informed me it was the installers fault and it was not up to code. I called efficient systems out and he said they weren't responsible and from that moment forward it was the worse customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I had a 3rd company fix the issue when the hot water stopped working who also confirmed what the first company had said. The install was not up to code and explained exactly the issue and how far away the plastic pipes need to be. At this point, Angie's List contacted them and efficient systems refused to correct the install. Angie's list recommended I contact BBB and efficient systems refused to respond to the BBB. I am currently experience issues with the furnace and paying for a service call. This is the absolute worst customer service and it is costing me a lot more when I thought initially I was getting a good deal.

Could not be happier with the services performed by Efficient Systems, and their professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely be calling them again for yearly heating inspections, and my plumbing and electrical needs.

They cancelled the first time one hour before scheduled appointment, couldn't reschedule for a month, and then cancelled again two hours after they were due to arrive. Each time they cited larger and more important projects. Cannot recommend

Techs were timely, polite, professional and very helpful. Even pointed out an unrelated recalled dehumidifier we had been using without knowing it.

They were great. Everything was cool.

They did not take the drain pipe off and according to our inspection they was supposed to take that off and clean it. A few weeks later our air conditioner stopped working cause of that. I had to call someone else.

They came out and inspected. They were on time and they did what they were supposed to do. They did it promptly and professionally.

Ron was very nice and professional. He was very thorough and made sure to explain issues he thought could be fixed now and others that could be put off until next year. I would recommend Efficient Systems.

Mark (who's done work for us before) diagnosed the problem. The issue was loose wires on some outlets. Mark recommended, that for the age of our house (23 years), we should get all the wires in our outlets tightened some time in the future. We used an Angie's list offer, and save about $80 on the repair.

Exellent We had already run a new wire from light to box, but we the light still was working. The Service representative corrected an incorrect splice in attic and took care of the problem. He was efficient and very polite. Would call on him for future needs

He was great. They were terrific and wonderful. I would call him again. He fixed it and put a new motor in. I just knew there was something wrong with our air conditioner and he found it, we didn’t need a new unit, we just needed a new motor which was wonderful. He went through a lot and cleaned it and all he heard the little noise I heard it and he said your motor is gone. He saved us a lot of money. It worked fine and it worked through summer and it’s still working. He was really good. He didn’t just come in and said you needed this and this. That’s why I do so much things through Angie’s List. I love it and it’s wonderful. We have had three companies since we’ve lived her for 12 years and we have had three companies and I would call him. He went and picked up the motor. I was amazing. He said I can come back and he went and got one. He called the office and they had in stock and he came and did it the same day.

They scheduled the service quickly and even did extra work for no additional charge! They had to get extra pieces to get the faucet to sit right. I was very pleased with my experience.

I left my HVAC provider of many years after I found out that the tech who usually checked" my AC and furnace for years lied when he said he'd cleaned the filter. Anyway, Efficient Systems was great.

The work went great. He showed up in time and very quickly tuned up and cleaned our furnace. Great Job!

It went well, person was very nice and explained what could have gone wrong, basically while trying to sell a house the inspection came back saying the basement outlets had an open ground. upon the Electrician arriving and testing all outlooks the only conclusion was that the tested the inspector was using could have gone bad. It was a nice quick visit total charge was $50 thanks to groupon :)

They did a good job. I got really carried away with it. The price was good.

It went fine. It was no emergency, it was just for a service on the air conditioner. The air conditioner worked fine after that. They didn't tell me that I needed a brand new one. They were able to get this one going with coolant and stuff. So they didn't try to sell me a new unit or anything, which is always nice. He kept pretty close to when they said they would be here and called me before he showed up. I've used them twice, so far so good.

This was a big deal purchase. He was good, he just didn't seem as knowledgeable or attentive to the problem as I thought he should have been.

Mark, the electrician, was FANTASTIC!! He quickly identified the problem, made some adjustments, and had us up and running quickly. We will definitely use Efficient again and hope we get Mark for service!!

They promised a report but never gave us one. Would never use them again!
