Description of Work: We found that the deal offered would not meet the needs of my house, so we ended up going with a much-expanded project. The work was done quickly and professionally. Only complaint is they invited a stranger into the yard to remove old metal ductwork and left him unsupervised. He took the metal and also took a pair of vintage porch chairs. |

Description of Work: did o.k. with toilet but when we added tub, he broke a part, the pump switch, then had to return to replace it...also put board against the wall and left two marks in the paint and replaced the board and caught a part of the rug in it which tore when we moved it before we knew it was caught.

Description of Work: There was nothing wrong with the provider. Everything was fine. I don't have any complaints, but I didn't find the service valuable. It is basically a "half price" service call to come out to your house and look things over. The main purpose, in my opinion, is to drum up future work. However, the plumber did diagnose a simple solution for a noisy toilet. A 20 minute, $9 fix would have cost me $80 dollars. I did it myself.

Description of Work: I think it was around the first of December before I got around to calling for an appointment. My furnace suddenly stopped working, so I called on a Friday around noon, & they sent someone out by 3PM He checked my furnace & gave me some helpful suggestions. I was fortunate that the problem was that the thermostat battery needed to be replaced.
