Description of Work: They came out to service the AC unit and we were pleased with the serviceman and ghe job he did. We decided to buy a service contract at $178 so we can have the furnace cleaned in ghe fall.

Description of Work: They cleaned the furnace. The guy supposed to changed the filter and I had to asked him to do it. When he changed the filter, he did carelessly and I had to tell him to do it correctly.

Description of Work: I would use this service for electrical work but not for heating/air. They came out on a Friday and got my furnace running however in less than 6 hours it was off again on one of the coldest weekends of the year. We were told they would come back out but at the weekend rates to replace a part that needed to be ordered. We ended up going with someone else to fix the problem after using them for the initial service call.

Description of Work: The service man couldn't have been nicer. He changed the flapper on the toilet that was running constantly. Then he checked the others and we asked him to change the one on another toilet that was beginning to look quite worn. We had paid $45.00 for the service and the additional charge was for the second one he fix red.
