Efficient Systems was founded in 1993 to provide energy efficient lighting solutions to commercial customers. Over the years, the business has grown to include heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing for residential and commercial customers; always with an emphasis on energy efficiency. We're proud to service residential, commercial, and industrial equipment throughout the Indianapolis metro area. Description of Work: We purchased a deal because our air conditioner had not worked for 2 years. We assumed the coolant needed charged, but actually they found that our condensor was not working. They replaced the part and had it working again, and my only issue was that it took about 6-7 hours by they time they diagnosed the problem, got the part, and installed it. My husband did not anticipate missing a whole day's work, but at least they solved the issue and it is working again.

Description of Work: We called Efficient Systems after Airton failed to fix the problem after 4 trips and almost $700. It was nice to have people that knew what they were talking about. The only problem I had was a mix up on names that caused a short delay in service. They fixed it in the first trip!
