Great - he cleaned the vent and also (no extra charge) reattached the vent tube to the inside wall... we didn't know it had become detached.

They scheduled a comeback visit to reconstruct the entire pipe with metal. During the return visit, we discussed some unhappiness with an issue with the venting pipe from the dryer to the exit pipe. They worked with us to thoroughly understand all of our issues and provided good solutions that took care of even small concerns we raised. Both men were very professional and personable at all times and not only left us with no mess, during the first visit, after I expressed dismay at the dirty floor that was under the dryer, he told me not to worry. He cleaned it very nicely for me. My husband and I were very pleased with everything.

They did an excellent job started with the outside brushed and blew out all the lint. Then came inside cleaned the dryer vent vacuumed the floor and wiped everything down. Before I called Dryer Vent Solutons, I called several other places they wanted to come out and give me an estimate and I had to pay for the estimate. Not a good business practice.

Went OK. Haven't had this done in many years and our vent run is very long in the attic. It was way past due needing do be done as this could be a fire hazard. John was prompt, friendly and had it done in a fairly short time. Will try to remember to have this done more often from now on.

The owner, John, came out himself and cleaned the dryer vent on the roof. He used a bag to collect all the lint and even cleaned up the small pieces of lint that escaped the bag, I was very impressed by this because my neighbors had just had their dryer vents cleaned and the lint blew all over into my yard and made a mess. He then came inside and cleaned the hose in the back of the dryer and cleaned up that very well, too. He cleaned my dryer vent and my neighbors and he is coming back to clean another neighbors since I told him how impressed I was by John's service.

He was extremely punctual, fit us right into his schedule, was thorough in explaining what was going on, luckily it was just the vents and he cleaned them for a fair price. I don't think I'd use anyone else for dryer vent cleaning after this great experience.

The Owner John came out. He came out and cleaned the inside and outside of the dryer vent. He didn't take too long and came right on time. He even called before to tell me he was on his way. I will use him again in the future! I told me to let me know when I due for the next cleaning and he said he would.
