These guys did a terrific job and I highly recommend them for any of your dryer vent needs. I required a complete replacement of a vent running between my 1st and 2nd floors. They replaced it without having to cut into the 1st floor ceiling. You can’t go wrong with this company! It was worth every dime!

The experience went by fast, the technicians were in and out in less than 30 minutes. There is noticeable change in the way my dryer functions, and you could tell all of the filth that was extracted. They did a great job cleaning up the yard after extraction as well. My line runs from my laundry room above the kitchen to the outside, so it was a larger job- roughly 15-20 feet of dryer venting.

First let me say that I messed up and put them down 1 week early on my calendar. When that day came and no one showed up I called the company to complain and John the owner answered. I explained that they were supposed to come that day but he had it as them coming the following week (which turned to be correct). He had sent his guys off for the day, but volunteered to come himself that day to take care of the problem. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He had to climb to the attic to remove some ductwork as birds had very craftily placed a birds nest deep in the duct and it couldn't be removed with his snake. In the end everything was completed and he vacuumed up after himself. I very much appreciated that he didn't try to argue about a mistake (mine) in scheduling but instead took it upon himself to find a solution that worked for all. Sure he cost a little more - but he had to do more work with duct disassembly. I would definitely use him in a few years when it's time to clean out the ducts again.

The price was well worth it - they came on time, were very courteous and worked quickly. I plan to hire them next year, as my vent requires annual cleaning.

He was early but not that big of a deal. He was also able to replace the cover with one that should work better for an additional cost.

We we having problem with our clothes taking forever to dry. Dryer Vent Solution was recommended to us by my sisster-in-lawl. I contacted John and he scheduled and appointment to come and take a look. He arrived precisely on time and discovered that our old venting system was total mess. He provided me a good estimate at what seemed like a resonable price to replace the entier venting system, We agreed on a date and time to do the work. Again, John and an assistant showed up precisely at the scheduled time and went right to work. The finished right on time, cleaned up and hauled away the old venting refuse. The whole process was exceedingly professional. Hopefully we will never have anymore dryer vent problems, but if we do I'll gladly call Dryer Vent Solution and will more than happily recommend them to anyone needing dry vent work. the price was more than some might charge, but less than others. But I've always believed that you get what you pay for and I got high quality workmanship from Dryer Vent Solutiion.

John came out, went up to the roof and noticed that the vent the builder had installed in my new home was not up to code and needed to be replaced. He did not charge me for the call. I appreciate John's knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. I was able to get the builder to replace the vent at no cost to me.

Service person wrote me a bill for $20 more than the Angie’s List voucher. He wasn’t aware that I’d already paid then he asked for an additional $20 bc he said my vent was extra clogged. I refused and he left. He should have been aware of the transaction and not expected additional money.

It went well. He is nice and professional. He completed the job in about 20 minutes.

Dryer vent was completely clogged even though I had paid another vent cleaning company to do the task less than a year ago. They were not thorough but they were FAST. DRYER VENT SOLUTION was thorough and effective. The vent was completly unclogged when they left!

I purchased an Angie's list deal for $95. John arrived early and took his shoes off to come into the house. I showed him the dryer and he pulled it out and showed me what he would need to do. He also let me know that if he needed to clean the vent from the roof it would be extra, but he didn't need to do that. He did recommend replacing the dryer hose as the current one was almost 10 years old. I opted to have the replacement done and that was an extra $26. John was really nice and cleaned up after he was finished.

Great. He was done in less than 45 minutes, despite the need to go into the crawlspace and disassemble some of the duct to clear it.

Very noticeable in the reduced time necessary to dry clothes after John cleaned the dryer vent. The vent is about 26 feet long with several bends. Cleaned without a problem. Arrived 5 minutes early for appointment.

although, we had some difficulty finding a mutual time to meet, the service provider was prompt, efficient and did the job extremely well. Very satisfied.
