My job request got a response right away and I was able to set-up an appointment for the next week. John was very professional, viewed the job immediately upon arrival, and completed it within a short amount of time. I had a VERY clogged vent line. Unfortunately, I did have a 12:30pm appointment and had to call at 1:30pm to see if my appointment was forgotten...it was forgotten. However, John was incredibly apologetic, still came the same day (just a couple hours later) and gave a discount for the mishap (without a request from me). Overall, I would call him again.

John was very professional, cleaned up VERY well and was on time (even a bit early) for his appointment which was much appreciated. The owner came and assessed the situation, cleaned the vent as well as he could and made a recommendation to replace the vent as it is not to code.

John arrived about 10 min. early and got right to work. (So glad I didn’t sit home half a day waiting for him!) Dryer vent was cleaned thoroughly. John was pleasant with a smile on his face, and easy to have in our home.

I had called them to schedule having my dryer vent cleaned out and also my son's dryer vent next door. They told me that it would be a week before they could make it out. So it was scheduled for that next week at 4pm. On the day of the work, I received a call at 4pm saying that they would be 2 hrs late(6pm). At 6pm I received another call saying that they needed to reschedule all together. 2 families rushed home from work, sat and waited for 2 more hours, just to be completely disappointed altogether. I won't be rescheduling!

We were selling our home and needed to update our dryer vent. We lived in the home 31 years and knew it needed to be cleaned and/or replaced. We opted to replace.

The work went very well. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He was especially helpful in locating where the dryer vent tubing had become disconnected and secured it.

The actual work was fine. When it was time to pay, the price quoted was higher than what I was expected, and I was told that they didn't do business with Angie's List and that the ad that I saw online a couple of weeks before should have been taken down. The provider was professional, but I was very frustrated about paying a higher price (like 20 percent higher than expected) and the lack of commitment to Angie's List or Angie's List advertising an expired deal.
