I was needing quick service, and was lucky enough that when I called, he had a cancellation. He was here within a half hour, work was completed within an hour. He was quick, courteous, and did what was needed for a good price. I would recommend him for future use!

Great. Jon was right on time, very personable and started outside first. When he needed to change the vent flap, he asked me first if it was ok. Came inside and cleaned out the dryer. With 2 dogs...there was a lot of hidden hair!

Mr. Manley assessed the problem and had the appropriate equipment to remove an embarrassing amount of lent and debris within about an hour of arrival. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend his work for anyone in a similar situation and we plan to call him again on a more regular basis to prevent future build-up.

It was very good. I had a coupon for that, and it was a good deal. They were very nice, they were very respectful and they had the appointment very quickly set up.

Everything went great. We hadn't cleaned the vent for several years, and the service guy found a "spare dog" in the vent. I was surprised how much dog hair was in there. He also found that there was a small leak just before the vent went outside. He used metal duct tape and fixed that too. It took about an hour. I will definitely use him again.

Very well. My dryer is located on the second floor and I was surprise there wasn't a lot of lint. I was told( suggestion) on when to have the dryer vent clean again. The owner, John Manley is a professional. He took out the birds nest on our second floor dryer vent and did a thorough cleaning from the outside and then cleaned the venting from the inside. He suggested a cover for the vent to keep birds from entering the vent in the future, which I had him install. He had a bag full of birds nest and other that had accumulated in the vent and also cleaned the gutter and spout below the vent when additional dryer and nest pieces were clogging our downspout. Thank you for doing a great job!!

Primarily, I desperately needed the vent cleaned which he did and installing a whole new system will come at another time.

Mr. Manley came to my attention via my condo association's Web site where he is also listed as a Trusted Tradesman by nomination of neighborhood residents. He was offering to clean vents for two-thirds the normal price if a minimum number of residents signed up for one particular day. I put in my request at the last minute, not really giving him a chance to contact me for a specific time. He showed up, nevertheless, and did his work thoroughly and quickly. I watched the entire process. Although he worked quickly, he was willing to talk and answer my many questions. He appeared to be willing to stay as long as I needed. No attempts to up-sale or deceive. In fact, he told me that in my circumstance, I should probably have a cleaning done less often than he would usually recommend. It's interesting to note that he said he got into the business because he had a dryer vent fire at his own house and discovered that there were no companies entirely devoted to dryer vent cleaning in the Indianapolis area at that time. When the right time comes, I'll have Dryer Vent Solutions back again.
