I was extremely happy with end result, it looked fabulous, exactly what I wanted. Colin even gave me a few minutes of advice of planting ideas.

They were very professional. They contacted me promptly and set up a time frame with in two weeks. They arrived when they said they would, and worked the entire three hours without a break. They cleaned Up after themselves and left things in great shape. I will use them again without a doubt!

It was very good. They did an excellent job. He contacted me quickly about when he could do it. It was all done in two weeks. He did a much better job than other people I've had do it. It took three guys two hours to do it.

Owner reached out to me immediately after I purchased the Big Deal. He was courteous, relatable, and professional. They worked the day they were scheduled and did all that we discussed. I plan to use them again. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and complete tasks.

It went very well. Colin scheduled the estimate (what could be done in 6 hrs.) on a weekend because of the demand from their 'Big Deal' posting. They arrived to do the work on time, as scheduled. Worked very hard and cleaned up the area when they were done. The areas were overgrown with all kinds of 'stuff' and they cleaned it all out well. Only 'issue' was the removal of two HUGE 'red bush' bushes (small trees). We ended up moving some of the smaller rooted sections over to where I had hoped to move the two huge bushes. They cut off the two I wanted to get rid of at ground level and I'll have to spray with brush killer to get rid of them totally. The roots were just too BIG and DEEP. Overall it really went super well and I'm very happy with the results!

This was a Daily Deal - and I surely got my money's worth. Colin and his team disposed of the brush and tree debris, leaving my yard clean and looking 100% better. Thanks!

I purchased a big deal from them. He called me back within the allotted time. He came out and looked but I have left two messages since and he never got back in contact with me.

I purchased a Big Deal for $179 for 6 man hours of yard clean up and landscaping services. I was able to promptly schedule a time for Colin to come out and take a look at my front and back yard for landscaping ideas. He had some great ideas for both. I asked that he provide an estimate for both the front and back yard, but to separate them on the estimate so that I could see the cost for each. After receiving the estimate, I decided to go ahead with the front yard. I could not afford to do both at the present time. He had described his ideas when he came to provide the estimate, but I did not know exactly what he planned to do. Colin and his team came this past Friday - I was so excited to get home after work to see what they had done. It's fabulous! I am extremely pleased with the design and the choice of plants and shrubs. It looks very easy to maintain and will be beautiful for years to come. My plan is to have Colin and his team come back in the Spring to do the back yard. I can't wait!

They did a great job, cleaned everything up and I was really happy with the service.

They worked efficiently, and did an excellent job when it came to cleanup. It was great that they took appropriate breaks throughout the two-hour period, as the weather was still rather warm. Colin got them started with the specifics, and he returned later to review the work and bring everything to a satisfactory conclusion. Our only complaint is that they missed the appointment time; and we didn't hear from Colin until an hour later. At 30 minutes late, we emailed and requested an ETA. Colin was apologetic which we appreciated, but we would recommend more timely updates for the homeowner as a professional courtesy. Overall, we enjoyed working with Colin and his team; and we will definitely consider them for future needs.

They just did what they said they were going to do. They were clean and on time. As far as service they were excellent.

Everything went very well. Scheduling went well too. We were able to easily arrange the appointment. They sent two workers to do the work. They cleaned up and removed of the ivy after the work was done.n I have had. I would definitely use him in the future.

The owner, Colin, came over and asked me what I wanted done. He was very nice and listened to my concerns. An appointment was made for his crew to do the work. They - the crew - came over at the time indicated. They did a very good job, cleaning up the areas in front of my house. It now looks neat, weed-free and manicured. The workers were friendly and professional. I would definitely use Copper Canyon Landscape Design again.

My problem with the service was when I bought it on angie's list it was for 179.00 for 6 hours service. He told me it will take him more than six hours to do it. He said to do the front and the back it would take him 6 hours each. It did not take him more than three hours to do the front and the back. I ended up paying extra 200.00 dollars because he said that was the cost to do the back for 6 hours extra. My main thing is honesty without it there is nothing. He might ended up with extra 200.00 dollars but he lost my business for sure. I don't like when people lie to me. I work as hard as them.

Colin was professional during all my interactions with him. The two men on his crew were professional. The work looks great. They could have likely completed even more had I been even better prepared and had more to plant. I would certainly use Copper Canyon Landscape Design again.

I couldn't be happier. I purchased the Angies List deal. My flower bed had gotten completely overgrown with weeds and several of my plants had gotten very overgrown. Colin never batted an eye at my mess. He and his crew came out and did a fantastic job of weeding, deadheading and pruning. They pulled out an old barberry and a very sad looking rose bush and got several of my other plants back within their boundaries. The guys were even nice enough to put some of the excess plants in pots that I had so my daughter could take them home to her flower bed. I also asked them to mulch the bed (in addition to the price above) so it would be all finished. I smile every time I pull into the driveway. We've been doing lots of projects inside the house this summer, but this is by far the best money I've spent. He's currently putting together a quote for landscaping around the rest of the house, but I wanted to get this bed back into shape as soon as possible. I'm so glad I did! I would HIGHLY recommend Colin and his crew!

I purchased a "Big Deal" on Angie's List because the price was great and the reputation of this company on the list was very good. The owner contacted me a couple of days after I made the purchase and scheduled a time that week to stop by and discuss the job. He came by on a Thursday evening and scheduled the work for the upcoming Saturday afternoon. When they arrived on Saturday, he had two assistants that accompanied him and between the 3 of them, they completed everything on my list in the agreed upon time. I have always done my own shrub maintenance, but this year I had just too many irons in the fire and something had to give. I was somewhat skeptical that anyone could be as thorough as I when trimming and shaping some of my large, mature yews and boxwoods, but Colin and his crew did a phenomenal job. I was impressed with the results that in some ways are better than I have been able to achieve. I'm thinking that the quality of their equipment coupled with the experience of the crew may have given them an edge. These guys know what they are doing for sure. They also hauled away all of the trimming debris (of which there was a lot), and raked and vacuumed around all the shrubs. I doubt they made any money from this "Big Deal", but they have earned my respect and a chance to bid on future landscaping work I may have. Colin explained that they offer many other landscaping services and take special pride in designing outdoor living spaces as well as other hardscape creations.

We had some miscommunication between using the Angie's List e-mail option and a cell phone. This is a general problem with this site, not the fault of the service provider. But we found a date and time. Colin, the owner, is personable and has a good hand with his staff. (Helps that he is fluent in Spanish:-) He checked back with us about an hour into the three hour job, but did not make it back at the end as he had thought he might. The team was in my drive just before the appointed time, Colin explained the job and everyone got right to work. Poison ivy was ripped out rather than poisoned. Good for a property next to a nature preserve. Colin had gotten it into his head that the honeysuckle should be cut up in pieces and hauled out. The team did that, digging out the smaller bushes completely, but by the time they got around to the back of the house, only one was working on the big stuff and the other sort of watched, shovel stuck in the ground by his side. Soon they saw me observing and came over to explain that there was just too much to haul away. I said, of course there is. I wanted them to get a saw, cut each big bush (some were almost trees) close to the ground and drag them down into the empty valley in the woods behind the house to rot away naturally. That satisfied them that there was a practical way forward and they went back to work with great energy, cutting out most of the honeysuckle withing 20 feet of the house, restoring light and a feeling of spaciousness. [I was glad they were on hand because I was able to go up on my roof, blow off the tree droppings, twigs & branches from the spring and summer and scrub the covered gutters. - one worker kept an eye on me and helped me with the electric line for the blower when it caught on branches below.] At 11 am I went out with a pitcher of ice water for a short break and praised their effort. I was delighted with how much they had achieved by noon. Before the truck left, the drive was blown clean. Everyhing looks great, utilitarian and neat, so I called the Copper Canyon office to say so.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not being able to perform the work we were seeking with the deal. They were professional and polite when we did speak.

Colin and his crew were great. I was very impressed at how well they did what I had decided on. Colin heard what I wanted and his crew were professional in doing it. They laid out the stones around the new beds beautifully. He had good ideas for new plantings to replace the old overgrown ones. And they did lots of little extras I hadn't even asked for. They cleaned up really well. Neighbors remarked what a great job they had done. My only not even a complaint was it takes him a few days to call back when you leave a message. But he will. And they showed up the day and time he had told me they would. Would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Great. This is an outstanding company. Colin always responds very quickly, and the quality of the work is superb--he is a perfectionist, and always exceeds expectations.
