Ross was punctual and courteous. He quoted me the price before he started. We moved the lighter furniture and left the heavier items (couches, bed, dressers) in the rooms. The carpets took around 10-12 hours to dry without fans on them.

Arrived on time, gave an estimate, then did the work. Did an excellent job on some very stained carpeting. It looked like new. Then a few weeks later some of the spots were coming back, and he came out at no charge and cleaned these specific areas again. He left me a spray bottle of some cleaner to use to help with the returning areas. The carpet still looks great.

Very professional manner. On scheduled day, called to inform me that previous job took longer than expected and asked if he could arrive later than we had scheduled. It wasn't a problem for me. Courteous and thorough and explained the procedure before hand as well as told me what he encountered when he was completed. Carpet looks great! Called at the end of the week to ensure everything was fine.

This was great. I live on the south side of town and, by no means, did I want Ross to drive out of his way (considering the gas prices these days.) So, Ross was great in giving me a few days where he would be nearby and we could coordinate the perfect time for the both of us. I should also say that I kept him hanging a few times because of various things... I did not call him back when I should have and I apologize for that. Luckily, Ross was very accommodating and (according to my mother-in-law who was at my house during the cleaning) a perfect gentleman. I would highly recommend ACCUCLEAN based on this experience. He is running a solid business and he is fairly priced. Thanks Ross!

Very well. The owner was very informative about what he did, some things he thought I should know, and how to care for the carpet in the future. He was very friendly and helpful, and I will use his company again.

Ross the owner did an excellent job. He had a little trouble with his equipment, but he promptly fixed it. Cleaned three bedrooms and long hallway. Arrived on time, removed some stains in the carpet and repaired a large area. My carpet looks wonderful he was very neat and very careful of the baseboards and trim work.

They cleaned all of the carpets in our house. The carpets had never been cleaned since being installed two years ago. I thought Accuclean did a great job! I will definitely hire them again.

Ross arrived on time for estimate, very professional and knowledgeable about his company. When we called back to schedule appointment he was more than willing to work around our schedule even keeping us on a cancellation list for earlier appointment. He did the job absolutely wonderfully. He was able to remove stains that another company could not. Our carpets looked great and were dry in no time. The cleaning did not interrupt our household in the slightest. The grout in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time (if ever) and it looked great as well. We will absolutely use his company in the future and refer business to him.

Ross/Accuclean does a great job cleaning the carpeting. He can usually do it around your schedule and is always on time or slightly early. He has always been very attentive to doing the job with as little disruption to me and my house as possible. Once again, the recent job was done very professionally and very well. Ross is extremely customer sensitive and is a real pleasure to deal with (and I'm a relatively picky person). He was particularly helpful in cleaning an area of family room carpeting where my dog loves to lie. Being a golden retriever, her coat has oils on it that tend to turn the off-white carpeting grey. He used a special cleaning solution on it which made a significant difference and left another type of cleaner with me that he said might be helpful in spot cleaning this kind of stain in the future. I will call Accuclean for all future cleanings because they do a great job, are reasonably priced, and are so easy to deal with.

Ross was very nice and because he didn't have to bring in his equipment, he did not charge the usual fee. I would use this company again with no hesitation.

Problems were quickly resolved; the replacement company arrived in half an hour and the job was done quickly and well. The owner of Accuclean was so eager to make things right about the grease, he offered to pay for the kitty litter I used to absorb it.

I had assumed I would go with another national carpet cleaning company, but when I saw the outstanding comments on Angie s list about Ross Trittipo of Accuclean, I was persuaded to try his company instead. He certainly lived up to his reputation! He cleaned all the carpet in my house, and it looks as wonderful as it did the day we moved in to our brand-new home three years ago (even though I have two cats and, until recently, a 100-dog). Ross was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, extremely competent and very cost-competitive. He also made a follow-up call to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would recommend him to anybody. The work was done efficiently and courteously. He carefully explained what we could expect and not to judge until the carpet was dry. After the carpet dried, the results were excellent except for one small badly soiled area that did not clean completely. Ross cheerfully returned and went over this area a second time. It cleaned up very well.

Were able to provide service two days after I called to get an appointment. Very fast, friendly, and courteous. Would definitely use again! Out performed all other steam and dry cleaning services used in the past.

Ross and Rodney did a great job. They were professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They managed to clean my living room and dining room carpets which were badly stained. The dining room carpet had a large stain area from a broken dishwasher overflow. The carpets looked like new when they had completed their work.

They got up latex paint and rubber cement and took very little time to get the job done.

Company was very busy but kept in contact daily trying to coordinate an estimate. Was very pleased with this aspect of their customer service.

Ross was a great person to work with. He was punctual, friendly, efficient, and a hard worker. I have 10 year old off white carpet that has been abused by a crazy cat! Ross was able to get out so many spots and stains that NO OTHER CARPET CLEANER has been able to do over the last 8 years. I will ABSOLUTELY hire him again for another cleaning when it is needed. I called Ross on Thurs afternoon needing to have my carpet cleaned in a hurry (for a showing -- my house is on the market). He squeezed me in on Friday at 11. He arrived early (with permission) treated me with courtesy and professionalism, helped move some furniture and cleaned thoroughly. Then he treated a spot and advised me of how to handle it after the treatment had time to be effective. I was thoroughly impressed and will recommend Accuclean to everyone I know who is looking for carpet cleaning.

I have used Accuclean once before in December of 2005 and was so satisfied with the cleaning job that was done at that time, that I contacted them again to perform this latest cleaning. Ross and Rodney are both extremely personable young men who take great care in what they do to ensure that the customer is happy. They were right on time or a little early on both occasions, performed the cleaning efficiently and with a minimum of disruption to me. They were careful to explain what I could do to keep certain areas cleaner and were very proactive in ''going the extra mile'' to use special cleaners (at no extra charge) to attack those areas of carpeting that showed the most dirt. In summary, a fair price for a fantastic job. Furthermore, Rodney and Ross are very easy to work with and dependable which is important to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will continue to use Accuclean!
