I originally requested one hand rail, but was so pleased with the craftsmanship and people that we decided to have the other side installed as well. They are courteous and clean up as they work. I'll definitely call on them again if I have other projects in the future.

I had a quote done before reaching out to c&c. C&C came back with a quote half the price of my first one and did a fabulous job. The customer service was impeccable. I requested a quote on homeadvisor and C&C called me within 30 min to arrange things. My handrail looks amazing. There were some hiccups with installation that we weren’t expecting but they were able to figure it out and get it done for me all in one visit. I would highly recommend them.

This group is so fair, so courteous, so friendly, so professional, so concerned about the customer. Tre even responded to us when he couldn't get our stool back to us when he said because he was having major phone problems! He actually called and emailed to be sure we wouldn't make the trip to pick up the stool at the time he specified before the phone trouble. The job is so well-done as well. Also, he has a base price set which he charged us when we had the first stool repaired, but it was a bit high for the first job. So he combined the price of the first stool repair and the second stool repair to be fair!!! How about that! I wish all businesses would operate as C & C does!
